A great place for morning coffee catchup with friends. Spacious, modern cafe with both indoor and outdoor seatings.
The place also provides drawing papers and crayons for kids.
My all time favourite is the Poke Bowl, it's the must-try!

Order from uber eats food and drink are nice but the shape are very weird, like hard and pressed. Will come to try dine in next time!

Remove MrYum service. Charging customers more to place the order for your staff is outrageous

A large and nice modern cafe located in a library building in Belmont. The menu offers a variety of fusion and modern brunch food and drinks, everything we tried was really yummy and the service was quick and friendly. The cafe is large and spacious. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

A great place that serves modern café food. It is situated right next to the Belmont library. A rather small menu and a bit pricey. However, all dishes that we ordered were fantastic - well-presented and delicious. Coffee was strong enough to my liking. The restaurant is bright and spacious, both indoor and outdoor seating available. Order and pay at the counter.

Vibe and food here were amazing. I loved that korean baked corn. The next dish was rocket quinoa salad topped with grilled chicken, I must say dish was delicious and would be perfect for summer brunch, for me as Perth is wet and chilled weather, i would prefer that pumpkin to be warmed. Pina colada smoothie was a star. Definitely going again

I've been there two times in a row now. The coffee took them a while to come, but it was alright, and the food was lovely.

I gave them a 4 star because I think they can work on their customer service more.

The cafe is located next the library, really enjoyed the breakfast there, we had the Smoke Salmon Croquettes and the big breakfast with home baked beans and good sourdough, good portion, good coffee, and friendly services.

Banger of a place for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Modern and inviting ambience with very yummy food.

The food came out very fast. Had the French toast & fried chicken with the very sweet maple syrup dripping down. The poke bowl was fresh same as the sous vide sirloin beef salad. (Was more like off cuts of beef) The smoked salmon croquettes was really tasty and had coffee and milkshakes to Wash it all down.

All in all very happy tummy afterwards and my tastebuds was satisfied. 5

Restaurant at Belmont selling fusion foods and coffee. Just next to library. The restaurant is inside a brand new building with modern decorations and ambience. There are many tables both inside and outside the premises.

The popular dish is the French toast with fried chicken. Thick toast with generous pieces of fried chicken that cooked to the perfect texture. The cucumber pickle is rather unique. The green curry chicken is amazing too with cut red chillies. It will be better if the rice has stronger coconut flavour.

Coffee is great and l love the long Mac with the balanced bitterness, aroma and body. Cappuccino is nice too with good mixture of coffee, milk and chocolate powder.

Customer service is efficient and waitresses are attentive to customers needs.

It is a highly recommended place to have a delicious meal with friends or family.

This place needs 5 stars! The food is epic! Best breakfast I have had in Australia and the coffee is banging.

Great cafe nearby the volcano playground next to library and opposites to Belmont forum. It makes everything just so convenient. And this is a good deal for kids meal $12 come with a babyccino.

8 Yolks has some hits and misses when it comes to their food. The Baked beans in tomato sauce, in particular, seem to have some issues with undercooked tomatoes and a mixed texture of cooked and undercooked beans. However, the mild spice and acidic tomato flavor could have potential if given enough time to properly develop. The sausage was described as dry and tough to chew, which detracted from the otherwise good spice flavor. The hash brown was not particularly noteworthy, being a simple and standard offering.

One major issue with this Cafe seems to be the quality of the utensils. Dull knives made it difficult to cut through bread, sausage, and bacon, which is not ideal for a dining experience. However, the scrambled eggs were good, albeit underseasoned, with the option to add salt and pepper.

On the service front, there were mixed experiences. While the waitresses were praised for their high standard of service and attention to detail, through my personal experience was not as positive. The person who served them seemed rushed and less attentive, leading to a jarring difference in service quality between different customers.

Overall, while there were some positives to the Cafe's food offerings, the mixed experiences with service and utensils might make it less appealing to return for a second visit

8 does breakfast well. The eggs on toast (Scrambled) was as they should be, moist and fluffy. What, I didn't understand was the butter on the side and the eggs already on the toast. How do you butter the toast? The staff were friendly and helpful. The one thing that baffled me was the doors that keep slamming, I was waiting for the doors to shatter. In Belmont, want breakfast then 8 is the place.

Just beside Belmont Forum and the library. Great spot for coffee and brunch. Food is okay, coffee is not bad. Had the fried chicken toast, pretty good!

Disappointing service - arrived on a Sunday morning at 10am, place was packed. Two available tables at the front that were full of dirty dishes from last diner - had to clear them myself to seat. Ordered straight away, waited 30 minutes & still no food - husband went up to counter to follow up & was told we are busy, the food will be out soon. Waited another 10 minutes - food still not even being cooked, cancelled half the order as I had to leave. Husband waited another 15 minutes for his food to arrive - so over a one hour wait for 1 meal! No communication from staff on ordering that there was a substantial wait time on food - this isn't the first time we've had to wait so long for food. Seems to be ok through the week, but not very well organised over the weekend.

My partner and I went for soy matcha latte and had our first sips and realised they were full of sugar so asked them if they could make one without sugar. The girl said they always mix sugar syrup with matcha powder. We said we don’t want any sugar in ours and we asked very nicely to have ours remade. So she went to make ones rolling her eyes and complained to her co worker in front of us. The remade one was only three quarters full. And she told us ‘next time make sure you let us know when you order’. SO WHEN HAS ADDING SUGAR BECOME A STANDARD? Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. We could not even finish the drinks because they were full of lumps.
