9They have toilets but didn’t allow to use. Staff was very rude! Didn’t have options to give negative stars ️
Outrageous! Tried to buy $219 worth of diesel, told my card didn't go through so I needed to put it through again only to find that I was charged twice for the same amount on the same day one minute apart. Staff behind the counter wouldn't give me a refund said I needed to contact my bank to sort. Spoke to my bank and they said no the merchant should be able to sort it out and issue refund. Staff wouldn't help me, completely unreasonable, claim they couldn't do any kind of refund said I had to speak to customer service.now being told have to make claim to get my money back, someone will investigate.
Update waited a week for a refund that a senior person had to process, only the same guy did the refund. Be aware, shocking service, head office lie, spend your money somewhere else!
The badest ever, so bad treatment the manager there harassed me and was so rude to me I tried to pay her my fuel and she didn't accept to active my price lock saying system not working, although in the main time I went get coffee from another location and was working

Absolutely disgusted, went in the other to buy a nice meal with my mates when one of my mates accidently knocked over the stand in where the microwave meals were. My friend was told he wasn't going to get served we were sworn at and verbally abused by the cashier and charged extra on our meals because of the simple mistake. Horrible service actually ashamed to even give this one star!
Bought some doughnuts cost me $39 they overcharged me on the nutella. No signs indicated on the display about it. Surprised when the cashier told me the price. Do not buy here just buy in actual krispy kreme. Other 7/11 does not charge extra for the nutella.
Bought milk in a hurry here yesterday. Didnt realise it was out of date today and tastes very off. So no cup of tea for me today! Btw social distancing floor signs are confusing please review! Check what you are are buying. Tried to call to discuss and got a fax machine!

My subaru has a 52 litre tank and uses 10 litres per hundred kilometres. I had travelled 413kms since full and had nearly a qauter of a tank. At most my car should have take 41-42 litres to fill up. Apparently this time it took 49.7 litres and still wasn't full. When i questioned the gas attendant she said oh the pump handle has be playing up just try again. And offered no reimbursement
