7-Eleven Joondalup

Pretty good store, great staff. Rarely has vegan options in stock or in the pie warmer, though, which is usually a major disappointment. Would have bought a bunch of lollies and cokes etc. Today if you'd have had vegan sandwiches or sausage rolls available.:)

Do not come here if you need to use a toilet. I had 3 steps Toilet Coffee Air in tyres. Well I got the coffee but I definitely cant put air in tyres with a full bladder. I will never come to this 711 again. Lesson learned

Rude customer service on the rainy night she left me so long waiting for the fuel service and she wasn’t care about customer, after I asked her did you see me waiting for you? She said I don’t care I was busy.

Wouldn't let a pregnant lady use the toilet. She was heavily pregnant and the man behind the counter wouldn't let her use the staff toilet.

My new favourite service station. The slurpees are far better than any sold at fast food joints and BP. A nice variety of different food and drinks, you also can’t go wrong with the Krispy Kreme’s Always clean and inviting, staff are attentive and friendly

Would have given more. Perhaps it is more to do with the App. $3 Iced Coffee and Cake Deal is recorded as a $4 deal in their system.

Friendly and helpful staff, cheap and good coffee, good layout of store. Delicious, fresh and good quality food.

I somehow lost/dropped/misplaced my keys at 7-Eleven Joondalup today and the lovely lady working there helped me find them again. She searched the whole store and even reviewed footage for me to see where they ended up. I think her name was Ann but she was super helpful and went above and beyond to locate my keys for me. It was much appreciated:) Myself and other staff members often go to this 7-Eleven and have never had any problems. They are always super helpful and try and get me the best deal, especially for the donuts!:) Thanks guys.

Large guy with bleach blonde hair tells me that machines aren't working every time I come to the window at night and he is working (coffee/slurpee and even hot food) Everyone else serves me, when I ask the helpful staff if the machine has been broken recently they say no, but the blonde guy ALWAYS tells me its not working or that there is no hot food even when I can see some. He doesn't come to the window, he shouts it across the store. Such a lazy and rude customer service rep.
Going to stop coming in if he doesn't start serving me the same way everyone else does.

There is a very rude and racist staff member who goes by the name Treo. He switched off my pump and called me in to prepay. On asking him he had no valid reason. Treo claims to be the supervisor which I highly doubt. Please all Joondalup people let us not encourage such unfair treatment and racism!

Maddie who was working tonight (25/11/19 at 7: 30) is the most NICEST lady. The moment you walked in you are greeted with a friendly smile and a cheerful hello. Thanks for the great service, even helping me get the gum i wanted:)

I always stop at 7elevens as their coffee and food is fantastic & convenient. This store is brand new, so very clean. Greeted the moment you walk in the door by the friendly staff.

Extremely convenient being easy access from the freeway.

Staff here are so friendly and helpful, it's a great little store for basic items and the whole pump area and store is spacious and pleasant. Never go anywhere else for fuel now if I can help it.
