Had the guys at 4x4 Extra fit an Ironman bar to my Dmax and after driving home found that screws were missing, bolts were missing, bolt on the underbody was engaged by about 2 threads and the bar was no where near square, even touching the bodywork in some spots. When I took it back they did fix it all up in a pretty quick manner once I pointed these issues out but really shouldn't have gotten to that point which was pretty disappointing.

My Husband Matt had mods added to a Ram DT. The service from Toby was outstanding all the way to the end even assisting with installing a fridge onto a slide. Neat work and looks great. Thanks again guys. Matt

Very unprofessional. Took my brand new bt50 here and it came out with scratches and paint chips with holes drilled in wrong places also missing screws and clips that hold wheel guard and mud flap in place and tail light missing screws ready to fall out. Thats all the places they had to go for fitting of canopy. Only to be told it was like that already when it literally had less then 5000km on it and it was the first time it had been touched other then when I picked it up from mazda brand new. I asked if this was the quality of workmanship or was it just my luck and got told apprently it was just my luck. Good luck to you if you take your car here.

Great communication for dropping vehicle off and pick up.

They provided the accessories I wanted at a price I liked and immediately in store, something not always available these days

It would be awesome if my gaurd wasn't hacked to bits when bullbar was put on, if my light bar wasn't just chopped - Spotties still don't work properly major electrical issues since bullbar installation.
4x4 extras are now working with me to resolve this issue-

The guys down at 4x4 Extras have done a lot of work for me on my LC79 and I will be going back for sure.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking work on there 4x4’s with short wait times and reasonable pricing for really good workmanship.

I was put in contact with the team at 4x4 extras by Ironman 4x4 Australia support.

4x4 extras went well beyond what I expected by getting an issue with my canopy resolved on arrival in the car park.

Outstanding service.

Over a very busy Christmas and New Year period, Shaun responded to my email inquiry promptly, in his own time. He has even called me to help me out with a few things when he was at home. Amazing service and such a genuine, kind person.

With a very long wish-list for my 4x4 and a very rushed time frame with limited parts due to Covid, Shaun and Matt worked unbelievably hard to source parts and were able to complete everything within a 48hour period at a very high standard.

I cannot begin to thank Shaun and Matt for all they have done to help me. They have lifted a burden off my shoulders and took the time to make sure I got what I was after. Matt took the time to show me in detail the work done, taught me a few things and shared his advice and knowledge.

Great display in the show room.helpful staff that know there stuff. Great prices, always a busy store but squeezed me in for some fitments on my 4wd. I will definitely go back next time I want some work done.

Best 4wd shop i have been too. Fitted my dual battery, bull bar, long range tank, suspension. Great job. Really happy with the customer service and fitments. Price was also very competitive. Will always go back here.

Customer service is non existing here. Was for good 10 minutes in their “showroom”, which is pretty much empty, and the guy didn’t even acknowledged me.
Well I’m happy to spend my money elsewhere.

Went here today to buy a flip number plate bracket they had exactly what I needed, cheaper than other place in Osborne Park!
