The girl who helped me was really lovely and knowledgable. I personally feel more comfortable with female service at adult stores, all the staff here are now female so would recommend if you feel the same. Great range too:)

Such a helpful gentleman that works there. Gave us a lot of information about the products without being pushy. He suggested tailored products for pregnant women which was great. Big selection of things and a nice out of the way location for the ones who want to be discreet.

Went to check it out with a friend today, ended up chatting to Brett for two hours! Super knowledgable, helpful and friendly.

I have been dealing with Brett and his staff for a few years now.
I have never had any issues at all.
I have found these guys extremely friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products.
I had an issue with one of the toys and Brett bent over backwards to make sure I was looked after.
I always feel comfortable shopping here and refuse to shop anywhere else now.

I came in here quickly to grab 2 items and literally stayed well longer then attended. The shops guy was so lovely and full of knowledge, I couldn't help myself, to keep asking him questions. Highly recommend this store super friendly and welcoming.

Terrible Customer Service, Over priced Products, Recommend buying Online:
Bought an item at the store, it was over priced, but i decided to fork-out to help a local business. Upon 3rd use of item it broke, was rendered unusable, it was obviously a defect.
When i tryed to return it, First thing i was told before even having the item out of the box was "How do i know you didnt drop it, we cant watch you 24 hours a day" then i was told there is No Refund policy, to which i said there by law there has to be a refund policy, at which point i was told there are no refunds in adult retail industry because it comes under a special act.
Research on their own website and government website deems that is wrong and they must give a refund or repair for defect items. Upon contacting the store owner she said don't worry bring it and they will replace it.
When i went in to return it, despite me spending a further $60 instore ontop of the return credit, i was treated poorly, with a feeling of hostility and was informed of how they still believe the item was dropped, despite it being in brand new condition, no evidence of abuse, a straight up groundless accusation.
The Owner seems fine, customer service however was bad.
