Craig (the physiotherapist I saw) took the time to explain my condition and formulated a excercise plan which is having a positive effect! I would highly recommend this Allied Health practice!

Craig Cheney gave me a series of exercises to help strengthen my lower back, abdominal muscles and thigh muscles. They have really made a difference! I no longer have back pain and I can feel myself getting stronger! He's now added 2 more which should help me further. They are easy to follow on the app as they have small videos to follow so that you know what to do. Highly recommend Craig.

Physiotherapist on determining the medical reason for my visit and carrying out a thorough examination, carried out treatment. On completion he then fully explained the purpose of said treatment and showed me a diagram of the damaged area and explained the need for continuing visits. A very professional treatment carried out in a friendly atmosphere.
