363 Kebab Shop

Had a meat box and there was less meat than in a regular kebab. Also charged more than your average kebab store. I won’t come back, not worth a second chance.

Store was hot and had no music or anything. The middle aged lady there, was not friendly, barely even neutral.

Ordered a chicken kebab double meat with the lot and it was absolutely delicious, chicken was moist and tender, salad was fresh, bread was nice, couldn't fault it will be back.

The kebab was not well put together. It was very imbalanced and not worth it's price. I don't often leave poor reviews but this one really was thumbs down.

For being open as late as they are they do fine. Recently I was disappointed after paying extra for a large chips and gravy to receive 2/3 of a box.

I reviewed the mixed meat-box, it was honestly the most disgusting feed I have ever had in my whole reviewing career. I hope this place gets publicly shamed for its shocking feeds. I've heard their unfriendly, I will personally come to the restraunt and batter the whole staff, especially the old lady.

Hi I was just in the shop to order and was told its closed at the moment. I checked online and went back and told her it shows open. She then said its her lunchtime. Can you pls advise if this is correct? Whoever is working there doesn't serve customers if she chooses to eat lunch at 3: 30pm? ! This is very avg service. Surprised you pay someone to sit there and not serve customers when there but also sits around when no customers are there.

Food quality was poor. Completely cold. Was delivered within 20 minutes so it wasn't a delivery issue they just sent food that tasted stale like it had been sitting there for hours after being cooked just going bad.

Super Lazy staff. Everything is sitting on the grill. Even the EGG is ready sitting in the tray and it’s heated up, I couldn’t believe it! They put the raw grated cheese on top of my kebab already out of the grill and didn’t even melt it. I paid extra money to have heated up eggs and raw grated cheese on my kebab. Don’t go there!

This place is literally the worst, avoid at all costs.

Cheap highly processed meat, greasy chips, kebabs are burnt and dry

Ordered a prawn and chips on uber eats, the chips were soggy the sauce was crusty and dried and the prawns taste like they will give me food poisoning

Today I had a stand up argument with the "Owner" that was cooking & serving. It was a gozlame order and he served me Spinach and chicken in IGA labenise bread with cheese and add salt in front of me when i taste it was extra salty i went back to the shop and argue with the owner he totally denied and keep my meal back and didn't replace or didn't pay me back. It's such a shameful act by owner I pay 18$ of gozlame and didn't get any thing The place was so grubby too, If that's what the place looks like from the front, can you imagine how dirty it must be out the back? Should be reported to the Health Dept. Shame I had no option but to leave 1star, it doesn’t even deserve that.

Very bad customer service, she is such a rude lady. Even don't know how to deal with customers.

$36 dollars later to be cooking my own meal! Vegetarian kebbab = lettuce and souce you are a robbery as a shop!

After wait more than a hour and half for my order status "on the way" they cancelled my order without any explanation. For a Night shift waiting for dinner since 1: 45am! Now all the other restaurants (3am) are closed. Thank you!

By far the worst kebab shop I’ve ever been to. Lady working here is extremely unfriendly and careless. Told me that gozleme, Pide and Borek are all exactly the same (2 bits of bread with chicken and cheese).

I will never every eat at this place again. Staff is not professional. Kebabs are not at all good. I would better sleep starving.

Just ordered 3x kebabs from this place off of uber eats. All I can say is my family and I are highly disappointed. My question is; how is the size difference between these two kebabs which are the SAME product and the SAME price acceptable? ! Unfortunately, mine was the smaller one and I can confirm I’ve had kebabs classed as ‘mini’ bigger than the one I ordered which is supposed to be normal size. This simply is not okay. I am shocked that they haven’t felt the need to up their game considering all their shocking reviews. Any business owner should know that customer satisfaction is the most important thing for your business success! And with so many kebab shops out their around, the threat of competition should be taken more seriously from the people who run this business. I would personally rather drive 20 minutes to a better kebab shop then 5 minutes to this one. So UP YOUR GAME FOLKS, because your work ethics and standards are definitely below average. It’s really not hard to do things the right way. If you can’t do it, then simply don’t be in the business. I do hope to see your standards improve so your ratings can improve, but for now I have serious doubts.

Terrible, how hard is it to make a Kebab. Woman working on Saturday night disinterested. Kebabs are everywhere so find yourself a better one

These people dont care about your order and have no hygienic care in the world just throw food around and slap your order together with what ever they please wrong meat and wrong sauce it seems its all good.

Just bought the worst kebab I have ever had. For 13 dollars it hardly had any meat. I’m now feeling sick. When she made it I would have walked out but I had already paid…. Filthy interior, filthy kebab
