31 on the Terrace reviews
11Owners were lovely people, the place it very old, but well maintained, and very historical. Great place for a quick stay, and right in the middle of Denmark.
Lovely old house right in the centre of town. Everything you need is in walking distance. The room provided everything. And there would be more kitchen stuff, like microwave, in the corridor. Everyone was really friendly. And the place is quiet. Slept like a baby.would definitely come back!
Perfect stay and helpuff staff.
Mixture of modern and vintage very welcoming and spacious room.
Great location in the centre of Denmark.
I am quite often down-south for catching up with friends or leisure, but never been here before but I would certainly recommend the 31 on The Terrace.
The stay here was fantastic. The hotel is a romantic little place. Rooms are clean and cosy. The balcony over the town centre was great. The owner is a top bloke, easy to chat with. Would definitely return for another stay
A very nice space. Trudy was a wonderful host, friendly, funny and very helpful. Thank you ladies for a lovely stay. We will stay here again ️
Nice, comfortable accommodation in the heart of the town of Denmark in Western Australia. Friendly service, with local tips & recommendations.
Thankyou Rob for your Friendly and efficient reception. We found our stay in your apartment very comfortable and is very clean. Although the decor isn’t the most modern the apartment was very comfortable, quiet, spacious, excellent value and had lovely views over the town and River. An excellent centre of town location and we can highly recommend the cosy new wine bar nearby called Bar Tarifa.
Great value for money, top location in town, clean and beautiful old building which oozes character. Rob manager so friendly and helpful.
This hotel was really great. My beautiful girlfriend and I stayed for just 1 night as we were passing through and we would definitely stay again. The man who checked us in was so welcoming and helpful. Our room was exactly what we needed; clean and comfortable and had lots of old character. I had one of the best sleeps I've had in ages the bed was so comfortable and with the heater on for a while was really cosy. Location is amazing too right beside an amazing bakery. Room had everything we needed, small and cosey.
It was booked as having free breakfast but there wasn't any breakfast available, otherwise it would be 5*.
We had an excellent time here. They were able to book us in on very short notice so we could see my sick grandmother, and the room was wonderful to stay in.
At about 3am on our first night the guests in the room next to us started getting in a loud fight with each other that lasted for around an hour and a half, preventing us from sleeping. The next day we spoke to Rob the proprietor and he immediately told the other guests to quiet down or they'd be kicked out. He mentioned this almost never happens and he'd only ever had to remove a guest twice in his many years running the place, so we were just unlucky that these people decided to stay here when we did.
He also upgraded us to a bigger room with a nicer bed free of charge so we'd be further away if they were noisy again. We tried to offer him the difference in cost between the rooms but he wouldn't accept it and urged us to enjoy our stay. Now that's excellent hospitality!
I couldn't recommend staying here enough, 11/10
