Pre-booked 3 maxi taxis for a work party which never showed up, we ended up having to get ubers and were late to our booking. The customer service was useless and said that wheelchairs take priority and that they couldn't even tell us what time we could expect our taxi. What is the point of booking if you can't secure a ride? Won't be using this company again, neither will anyone I work with.
