I could not recommend Zync Inspections highly enough. Nigel conducted a building and pest inspection of a primary home and outbuildings relating to a home purchase. Nigel provided all the information required upfront, conducted a thorough inspection of the property, provided a comprehensive written report by the afternoon of the inspection and followed up to ensure I understood the report and answer any questions. The information provided was thorough and of great value - fantastic service.

Nigel provided a comprehensive building + pest report with very little notice. The quality of the report, complete with photos and explanations, was good quality, which meant we could make an informed decision about our prospective property purchase.

Excellent Service required a pest and building report and was recommended Nigel from the real estate agent. The report was completed very promptly, further to this the amount of detail and useful information in the report was great. He was able to point out many things that we had overlooked with our inspections of the property. My recommendation would be to get the report done before you sign any documents as often the contract states structural only as a way to void the contract, costs can quickly add up to repair even non structural. Don't buy a property without pest and building inspection
