Really disappointed in the owner being so rude when small business depends on word of mouth. I called, she answered with hello so I asked if I called the right store & that’s when the attitude started. All I wanted was to ask if they have specific rolls in stock, named them even tho she wasn’t interested. She just said yes only for my partner to drive all the way there & not have all the ones we needed.
Would it kill you to be polite and listen to your customer?
I have been shopping here for years, brown hair lady is always lovely & up for a chat but the owner Emily is so rude.

This is our local pet supplies store. Bobby loves the ‘self-service’ area at the back where roo tails and tendons are two of his favourites. He is also a big fan of the pagoda drinking fountain.

Love the staff at Zoo. They are great with customers and of course our pets. I feel awful for not remembering one of the ladies names, but she is there most days and blonde, petite and very friendly. The service from all staff is great, and the best thing is it’s supporting a local business!

Dropped in for a browse with our puppy. Jackie and Rachel were a delight and very helpful. Walked out with many treats and an engraved tag gor a reasonable price. Would reccomend!

My dog has very specific requirements and they have a great and varied range. Also love the non slip bath mats!

They sell pet food that is nearly a year past its expiration date
I think it's very irresponsible for all pets
It also shows that they do not check the quality of goods for a long time.

I walked in to get some advise regarding the purchase of our new bengal kitten (first time cat mum!) Rachel and Jacqui were so helpful and gave my son and I so much advice and guidance. A great range of products for all animals big and small, great prices and I would much rather support a small independent business (especially during such trying times). Highly recommend!

Uncomfortable, uninspired and honestly unwelcoming second rate attempt at "service" from the abrasive blonde cat-expert/sales woman set the tone for this place. Who would of thought buying kitten toys could become such a jarring, drawn out and frankly awkward experience? Maybe it's store policy to be unwelcoming? If so it matches the unremarkable stock at unbelievably high prices.

Great experience with Jackie fitting my Jack Russell’s harness. Wonderful friendly service with such good advice.

Picked up a 5 star doggie harness - nice fit, really comfortable, smart and Charlie the Curly Coat Murray River retriever gives it 5 and half stars

Local independent pet shop with great service, cheaper than the big multibrand pet stores! The bonus is your doggy gets treats from one of the staff!

Went to this store based on information (photos) they have loaded on Internet. The products (brands) in the photos weren’t available in the store. The product range was disappointing. Staff appeared more interested in having a conversation between themselves than interacting with (potential) customers.

I love coming in here over the chain stores! The staff are always friendly and helpful (so important with my new puppy), they have all the essentials, their products are at competitive prices, their return policy is excellent, and I shop with confidence knowing that I’m buying my puppy safe, natural, and healthy food/treats

Previous been in there and bought good preducts and had great service however when I went to return a Kong toy (the stitching had split in less than an hour of my dog playing with it). The woman behind the counter was aggressive, then said she couldn't do anything anyway and would tell her manager. Manager returned call and said that toys don't have guarantees, she couldn't do anything and then told me the opening hours when I could return to pick up toy.
Long story short - good range but if anything goes wrong don't expect any empathy or reasonable response.

Store is FULL of excellent toys and products. Many of the products are actually bargain prices compared to what you'll find online at other stores. Keeps us coming back!

Don't buy dog pet toys from this shop. The last two I purchased were destroyed within about 2 minutes. Returning the first one to the Pet Store i was told that they don't guarantee dog toys. When i said that they needed a sign up warning people of this i was told that the owners lived interstate. Go figure. Our dog is a Shnoodle who does not destroy things, the toys are just no good. I wont even bother going back to complain about the toy i bought this morning, whats the point. Up until today i was visiting Zoo every third day for dog food etc but gone is my customer loyalty along with their customer service!

Had the ekunuba biscuits we wanted. Searched everywhere. None of the chain shops had them. Great service

LOVE this shop! A wonderful family business with great service and a huge range of products! A nice change from the big chains and our dog always gets spoilt by them:)
