How this place has 4.1 stars is a miracle.

Waited over an hour for a small food order and there wasn't that many people waiting on food.

No coming to our Lane and giving us a quick update. No we're sorry for the delay until we asked what was happening. After a lengthy conversation with the food supervisor, we got a refund as had finished bowling and were ready to go.

Attitute of the bowling supervisor was poor as well. The facility is a decent size but bowling balls were dirty, floor was extra slippery. Lots of mess and rubbish around, and some of the arcade games were 'temporarily unavailable'.

Maybe just a bad weekend but made for a very bad Father's Day experience. Not going again. Stick to Strike!

We played in lane 9 and there were a myriad of technical issues such as missing pins, wrong score automatically recorded, etc. Sarah at reception was wonderful in dealing with these for us and we still had a fun time.

Great place for a family outting. We picked a day that it was packed but still got a lane, the kids loved the arcade. Great experience.

Very disappointed with the service of food area team. Service delayed for hours and then offers take away. Don’t know what to say but very upset.

Been there, kitchen team service it terrible. Waited hours for food that we ordered, got it when we were about it leave, left the food there coz we had to leave. When complained manager said have a take away.
If we wait a take away, we wouldn’t pay $10 for fries, we can have it for $2 in mecca’s.

My 6 year old daughter had her first bowl here yesterday without the ramp. A work in progress but she enjoyed herself. The place was nice and clean and the staff very friendly.

Easy to book. Great service and helpful. Lots to entertain kids. Mini fun pass was okay, time goes by fast and was a bit odd playing games but not getting tickets. Upgrading etc needs more information available- staff were even a bit confused.

There been asking only me if we have a proof of vaccine and yes we did shoe her that we vaccine from all the people that bean inside I ask if the bean ask for a proof and!

Went for a double kids birthday party. First time there and I'm impressed with the young people working there: Very friendly and service oriented. The party hosts were lovely and helpful. The two young men helping the kids at the prize station were impressively patient with all the kids swarming them. Don't know how they kept their cool but they did. Overall a great experience for the kids.

The lads were fired up seeing the new bowling alley (dunno when it got refurbished from AMF) but it’s nice and fresh and the 1ft hot dog is off its head

Friendly staff and efficient operations of the bowling lanes. Decently priced for a couple of games and a drink. Plenty of different weight sizes when it came to the bowling balls themselves. Nice seating areas and plenty of music and vibes. Nice bowling facility for South East Melbourne. Especially as they aren't as popular as they used to be.

Staff were very friendly. Everything was being constantly cleaned. Food nicely presented. All in all, a good experience.

This bowling place is huge and very clean. The bowling balls are extremely old, really need a refresh. Also the hand air vent is broken for some lane. Staff are very friendly and helpful. This venue is not only good for dating event, but also group get together. Definitely able to maintain social distance within the venue due to its size. The venue is very close to train station. Also heaps of parking nearby.

A great spot to get together with friends or family. Lots of different activities to do. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The place is maintained well, and it has a fun atmosphere.
We didn't try the food, as the menu is very limited. Mostly American style junk food, not ideal if you have dietary requirements, vegetarian or vegan.
But the bowling is fun.

Our first time at Zone branded bowling. It was a great night with good vibes. The place was clean and well maintained. Pricing was fair, and food was nice. The lane was ready on time and the arcade games available included all of our favorites. In case you are wondering, timezone cards do not work at all locations, you will need a seperate one for each venue.

Fun place, with fantastic variety of options (bowling/laser tag/arcade) but with very loud music.

Impressive I was a manager at Werribee a long time ago now the cleaning staff were flat out busy yet made it look relaxing and the place was smashing pins very busy and the I could see the manager was crazy busy but still managed a genuine smile with come back soon guys. Highly recommended.

I liked how they put a games area so people can play some games after they bowl. But I wish they do a prize for the first place person to win a prize. Overall it was fun.

Nice and good fun when not too busy. Dunno if good value but everything seemed clean and good. Arcade stuff could be better, timecrisis machine was real dim to use. Would go back cos only a road away
