Great service great staff zone bowling always like to help out the less-fortunate community and the community that have more needs than others and people who have the disability and also accept that Companion Card and zone bowling always are inviting when people come in and have extra support needs

I have been frequenting Zone bowling Frankston for ten years now and have been very impressed with the new staff member Simon.
His customer service skills are excellent and his attention to detail shows his capabilities.
It’s always a pleasure️

Great entertainment for the whole crew. Despite being flat out staff were well on top of it all.

I am a disability support worker and all the staff are kind and supportive, especially Leanne who works on a Friday night.

Has improved its facilities since the old days, looking a bit more flash. Walking down the same customer entrance brings backs memories The staff are super friendly and happy to go out of their way for you.
Only downers would be that quite a few of the arcade games didn't work and there was a delay from tapping the card to tapping again which created difficulty to play against partner.
Otherwise, a fabulous retro night out.

Came here yesterday with my daughter and mum, the girl working where the food is ordered was extremely rude while we were trying to order and then practically threw our food on the table in front of us!

We’ve been here a few times over the years with my family and my teenage son brought his friends recently here for his birthday. We always enjoyed our experience here. Their packages are great. The staff has always been very friendly. Come to think of it so far all the zone bowling we have been in. Even the one in Surfers Paradise has been great! Looks like their business culture is carried over across the board whichever branch you visit.

Attended the venue last Saturday for a kids birthday party, one positive the kids did enjoy, but it was most of their first time so it was a good experience for them.
Negatives were that there seemed to be little to no cleaning been done in a significant time, I requested to the manager that the baby changing table be cleaned (A tutt and a eye roll was given before a, Yeak OK).
As was both other toilets being very unhygienic. 15 minutes after my request, No attempt had been made to action the request.
Monday evening 2 of my family member become sick, low and behold Covid. Contacted all members in our group who also displayed no symptoms up until Saturday and in total 4 of the 5 family's have all returned positive cases this week by Monday/ Tuesday.

I understand this virus is all around us and something we need to live with but evidently hygiene is very low on your priority list and that a decent portion of the demographic of attendees there on Saturday were children. Shame on you

The place itself is good, plenty of lanes and some good arcade games. The woman who sorted us out when we first arrived was under the pump and very friendly and professional. The same cannot be said about the staff who started later in the evening. One lady was rude when we needed to buy a token card for the arcade games, refused to explain anything and made us feel stupid for not knowing how it all worked.

Overall it's a great place for the kids yet everytime I have visited they seem to be incredibly understaffed.

The $28.90 deal is great! 2 games of bowling, 20 minutes of arcade game play and a 600ml drink is good value!

Good place to visit for a couple of games. Plenty of space and parking. Bowling is good value and service is friendly. Food has changed recently, prices are a bit steep for what you get.

Pretty great been going for year's but ummm I don't particularly want to be hit on while ordering my food especially in front of my Dad and plus I'm not into women unfortunately, I support LGBTQ+ but I am not apart of it. And wouldn't go for an older woman thanks

Had a wonderful time, the staff did an excellent considering they were understaffed. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Place could use a clean, always smells like alcohol and cigarettes. Too many crackheads in there always ruin the vibe.

I wish if i could give negative rating because of very unfriendly staff, we had a family party there they didn't let us in because our vaccination certificate is under generating we have shown them all the emails from health of department that we are fully vaccinated, vaccination card and even IHI email that so called manager she didn't even listen the whole thing, and Said it is department of health fault i cant let u in, we traveled 40 mins and it wasted our whole day.

There was this one lady Lenna who was the most happiest bubbly person she help us when we need it and she was always so polite and generous just because of her I would recommend to friends the environment was a happy place and chilled

Having been to this Zone Bowling business a number of times over the years, the experience has always been a positive one. Plenty of lanes available so no one misses out when you attend, nice little games machine area, having a cafe/canteen on hand is always appreciated too. It is however long overdue for renovations however I'm understanding that this would be a costly investment for ownership.

Always fun place to take the kids. Food is a bit hit and miss and many games are out of order. The experience is fun overall.

Great environment for some fun with the kids or friends. Staff are very helpful and welcoming and the food is good too:)
