Zoe's Colourful Noodle

We ordered seafood curry laksa and beef ramen. Portion sizes are large! My partner and I had trouble finishing the food because we were already too full, and we ate just halfway through!

The seafood laksa’s flavour was an absolute gem in the tastebuds! You can really taste the coconut base!

Beef ramen’s broth was more on the herbal side (kinda similar to a Singapore Herbal Bak Kut Teh, but beef-based).

It is definitely worth it for its price. We’ll just order one main dish and some sides next time!

This is a welcome addition to the Rue shops! Casual atmosphere, delicious noodles and dumplings and reasonable prices. The service was also very friendly and fast.

We had their braised beef noodles and it was PERFECT! The flavor of the soup was rich but not overpowering, the meat was nice and tender. We wish they had tendon for the soup but it was amazing none the less. Would gladly make the drive just for this again.

I ordered peking zha-ziang noodle, chicken curry don and beef ramen. Everything was nice, especially had healthy taste. I felt like eating home-well-made dishes. I regret not to take photoes.

Top 3 things that stand out for me are the below: -

1) Delicious & Authentic Meal
We ordered the Pork Chop Ramen & Sichuan Style Braised Beef Noodle Soup. Both were delicious & the portion size is huge. Really happy bellies, indeed! Big kudos to the chef & team!

2) Una (The Ultimate Host)
Una has single-handedly mastered the front space. From the moment we entered into the restaurant (we were the second group & last 2 groups to leave), there were 3 groups who came in after us + a few extra walk-in clients who opted for take aways. Una’s hospitality in welcoming every single customer who came in, was effortless. Her cheerful demeanour and smile make you realised that she truly owns the front space and that is to provide an exceptional customer service to every single person who walks into the restaurant. The space was kept spotless after we left.

3) Interior Design
I’m thoroughly amazed by the clean, trendy & chic interior design within the restaurant. The comfortable and cute cushions on the seats, the trendy chairs, mesmerising side lighting, lamps and to the little things such as decorations (ie, flowers) & specially chosen cutleries are thoroughly, well thought off. A really comfortable place to dine in.

Will definitely be returning to this place to try the other dishes on the menu. Thank you Una for your amazing hospitality. You are truly a gem at Zoe’s Colourful Noodle.

Authentic noodle oasis! So great to dine here, our group had a mix of the dry noodles and ramens and everything was really delicious. We also tried their pork and vegetarian dumplings which were both really tasty. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious food. We had the Szechuan beef noodles and the pork dumplings, what can I say it was a blast of flavours in my mouth. I am not a big eater but this place made me eat way more than my capacity and boy was I happy and content at the end. Highly recommend this place.

We had dumplings, bolognaise and noodles plus Sichuan Style braised beef ramen. Excellent flavor, fresh and generous portion sizes. Keep up the good work.

I’ve eaten many noodles in my life and this is by far one of the best I’ve ever had. All noodles are hand made in this kitchen, fresh and bouncy! Must try the Ja Jiang noodles (add chilli oil if you love spicy). The food is great, not to mention the restaurant is kids friendly, beach view, and friendly service. A must try for anyone visiting Rye! Can’t wait to be back!
