After researching all the cosmetic tattooing businesses in the area, I chose to go ahead with Zoe and get my lips tattooed. Zoe explained the entire process to me, what to expect during the tattoo and afterwards. My lips look amazing and I recommend Zoe to anyone who is interested in permanent makeup. Zoe has excellent bedside manner, It felt like I had known her for years. Very professional and most importantly knows her stuff and it’s shown in her outstanding work.
