Very disappointing service. I ordered two items - one item was correct, but the other item had the incorrect image attached to the item code/description resulting in me receiving the wrong item. I contacted Zmart & was offered no resolution. I would have expected the offer to at least exchange the item or to buy the item I wated without incurring freight costs.

Their delivery service is unreliable. I've used Australia post multiple times and they leave packages when no one is home. I requested the same however they claim there's no where to leave it. Then Zmart charged me for that service. In the end I've requested a refund but I will still be charged for redelivery of items I never received. Waste of money. Very disappointed.

(Located in a Sydney) Fast shipping took 2 days very happy customer with the hoodies I purchased. The sizes were correct & they are very comfy. Will definitely order from this business again. Thank you Zmart Australia.

So I ordered from here yesterday. The money came out if my PayPal account but I never received a confirmation email for my order. I've tried contacting them twice via chat service that says an email will be sent in 24hours. It's been over 24 hours and nothing yet.

I ordered one Sherpa hoodie from online. The product quality is very bad. It’s looking very nice in online, but when I get the product in my hand, it is totally different. Do not buy anything from this company. Just waste of money.

BUYER BEWARE! VERY DODGY! Very poor company and wrong sizing. I purchased some tracksuit pants for my disabled brother in a wheelchair, who is on a pension, and had to get a larger size to accomodate him getting them over his lower stomach, when I contacted them about the sizing telling them they were too small they came back with the sizing is correct if you stretch the waste band! NEVER have I purchased a pair of trackpants having to stretch the waistband to get the size

Bought 100% cotton Pajamas 2 weeks ago but they are polyester n cotton mix. Poor quality. Don't buy anything from zmart.

Terrible experience with this company. My parcel was lost by the courier and never got to me. No compensation offered. Beware.

Purchased some nighties previously and was happy with them so ordered some more. Two months later and l still have not received my order. I can’t entirely blame Zmart as the product was shipped- it just didn’t arrive. Contacting them led to me being emailed a ticket number- confirming my email and leading me to believe that something would be done about it- but there was never any follow up. Some contact, explanation or attempt to locate my parcel would have been appreciated. Would like to order again as l was happy with the product- but it’s too risky.

Invoice etc.emailed. Ordered items not received. Unable to make phone contact & several email requests for delivery details not answered. Items ordered through Catch Aust.website, a reliable market place. Cannot understand why this mob is still on that site.

Buyer beware: very low quality mechandise & appalling customer service. Hoodie started falling apart within 1 week. Sizes are inconsistent. They said they would give me a refund, but never did. Will never buy from Zmart again.

Recently purchased long sleeved nightie. Stiching came apart after first wash and wear. Seems quality assurance is non existent. Postage was prompt

NEVER order from these Muppets. Customer Service is atrocious, ordered 5 weeks ago, still waiting for the delivery. Numerous emails gone unanswewed, do not know how they're still in business. Repeat. NEVER give them your business. Absolutely disgusting

They take money and they dont send full items. After many emails, they will say they sent all items and its not their mistake!

Ordered fleecey Hi Vis hoodies for work quality of the hoodies is terrible. Material is so thin you can see through it don't think they are worth the money. Should have checked reviews before ordering. Don't waste your money buy elsewhere.

Ordered 2 pairs of thermals on the 23 rd of may, my card was charged, never received the goods.
Contacted them via email, was asked to confirm the address, never received reply, looks like one of the dodgy websites, claim to be Australian, however will be contacting my bank to dishonor the payment today.
