First time guests and couldn't be happier. Everything was better than expected, from the great room with stunning views, to the quality of the food and service in the bistro. We will definitely be back. Host Michael was wonderful.

Outstanding dinner service. Food is truly a notch above for mountain resorts and the best at Hotham. Stayed a number of times and always had great experiences. Location is perfect and rooms and apartments are great. Superb!

Stopped by for lunch twice this week and was great. Drinks were yummy especially the he hot chocolate! So good:) food was really nice, service was very good too! Awesome vibes, definitely recommend Only downside was it took a little bit to get a table but that was totally understandable with lunch rush, we just hung out by the bar a bit and was taken care of by staff there who were were doing great despite the rush

Best place in Hotham for comfort and convenience but pricey & popular so be prepared to wait for your morning coffee!

We ordered through the app as we were encouraged to.
After an hour, I went to the kitchen to complain. They soon after brought out the wrong order, so we had to wait another 10 mins for the actual order to arrive.

Been at least 5 years since I have stopped in for lunch on a ski day. The service, location and mainly the quality of the food is a stand out on mountain.particularly compared to Swindlers.
Well done team as the ambience and food is excellent. Please keep that pasat dish on the menu.

Over 1 hr wait for lunch to be told order was miss placed. Acceptable? Not really because all 3 table orders were missed.

Zirkys is amazing, Zirky will give you free snaps and stroddle after 1am on a Saturday. Zirky is a former Olympic champion wrestler.

This place is a shambles since the sale. Food took over 1 hour. Meals were wrong. Staff didn’t have a clue and didn’t care. Even allowing for snow standards. Go elsewhere.

New management is excellent! Food is a real step up from the last couple years and they've managed to keep the same famous vibe of Zirky's! Definitely worth trying the ribs and arancini!

First time at zirkys and absolutely loved the experience. The staff have been beyond amazing g and helpful in every possible way. Our apartment was 2 level on floor one, apartment 4. Fantastic area, gorgeous amenities and ample space for our family to feel comfortable. The location is amazing as there is really no need to use the free bus as the supermarket, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Can’t wait to come back again

We never actually made it to Zirkys because of border closures and the lock down. Zirkys kept $900 (15 %) of our deposit and wouldnt allow us to carry the deposit over to re-book. Be aware.very un- Australian behavior in these difficult times

One of the better places on the mountain in terms of Covid19 mask/distance compliance being actively done instead of the lax under the chin efforts everywhere else.

I emailed to make a lunch booking, for my small family last week. As yet, the courtesy of a reply has been foreign to us.

The restaurant at Zirkys in winter offers some of the best food on the hill! Love the steak and stein night too. It’s hard to get a table at lunchtime on a weekend (same everywhere at Hotham) so try and go in for early or late lunch. They also have a fabulous shop selling top end gear that is worth a visit.

Slipped over on very slippery floor when trying to get a seviette and injured my right hip area and right elbow badly. Not sure if I can ski again. Manager showed no sympathy or assistance at all. Will not be returning there.

The coffe was good however the egg and bacon roll I ordered had mould on the bun, the second roll had a wirey dark hair in it and one of the girls food was served 20 minutes after everybody had eaten. A refund was given which was nice however wouldn’t eat again

I liked your haloumi bother I had here and I liked the vegetarian burrito served on my friend's plates. Good beer and a. Nice restaurant to top up your trip to Mount Hotham.

Just wonderful! The staff is the most gentle and friendly staff ever. The girls in reception r amazing. The apartment is gorgeous with a fantastic view. We spend a fantastic time. Tks so much guys!

Very central location, had some delicious muffins and hot chocolate to warm myself up after being in the snow. Staff are friendly
