Outstanding customer service, "Jay" helped my wife and I find some Xmas presents. Jay's knowledge was exceptional, he went above and beyond to assist us. I highly recommend Zing Pop Culture Southland, ask for Jay.

I purchased a pop collectible. When i picked it up box was damaged. I explained my son collects them keeps them unopened. The manager at the Southland store was defensive and said its very old stock and we don't care about the box we care about the figurine, its been price reduced. HUH confused what do you think a collectible is and often it involves the original packaging.

I didn't mind that the box was damaged as i was going to get a refund. But the manager JORDAN offered no customer service or apology for the efforts i had made to purchase the item. He was more defensive that yeah its old stock so what (which was not described as damaged on their website) so who was to know. The manager didnt care then his lack of customer service fell to an even greater low when he refused to actually help me out and just let me leave the item at the store and closed the door on me and went back to his work ignoring me. We are in the middle of Covid lock down i have driven out of my way to go and collect the item from the store. When i get there it is a damaged good for a collectible item, Manager offers no apology for the confusion, and insists i now take the damaged goods home with me and go out of my way at a later stage to return the damaged item to him? I understood that he couldnt process the refund, that was fine with me but why if he had only just passed the item to me could i not just pass it back and leave it with him and deal with the refund later. Surely my circumstance was an unusual one and he could of figured it out to let me since it was fair enough that it was not what i was expecting.

Time WASTZING! If Zing has damaged stock they should let you know when you purchase or at least some customer service for any misunderstanding. Zing is a commercial collectible store i wasn't expecting a damaged good and shocking rude service, with the door closed on my face as the manager refuses to allow me to just leave the product at the store without a refund to save me a return trip.

Surely i deserved some customer service for the inconvenience at least, Zing knew that i was buying a damaged product i didn't.they are dragging down EB Games I am a good customer i have spent thousands with EB. That was the most terrible experience ever.

An amazing store employees super helpful and are always joyful, definitely recommend won’t be disappointed. Keagan an employee there was the most helpful and had a great attitude to everything

Jordan is super helpful over the phone checking all the local stores for the product I am after.

Very nice staff member, helpful and polite and greeted me on the way inside, really impressed with her knowledge also.

Pretty good, really helpful staff, other customers were a little annoying however that's not something the store can really do anything about.

All in all, highly recommend for popculture needs, just bare in mind that the store is not particularly large?

Staff are slow, Talked to their friends the whole time, and didnt help any customers! They were rude and I dont suggest shopping here.

Great range and decent prices. I always like to check out what I'm buying in physical form before looking Online. Their online stuff.
