ZiNG Pop Culture Highpoint - Click and Collect only

Unless they don’t have collectable I am after because of amazing staff this store will always be my preferred option.

Great place for the fantacy/comic enthusiasts. Official collectibles available from all major franchises like Harry Potter, GoT, etc.

Jess and Kai were exceptional! Kai's vibe was amazing, such a magnetic personality, and Jess was super helpful regarding information about the tiers and my annoying questions:) thanks Zing for hiring these legends!

Good store always got something nee to look at. Staff are very relaxed though doesnt put a good picture from a customer point of view. Happly shop here most times im passing through

Selection of pop culture is a lot and definitely something a place for all Harry Potter items to Pokemon and definitely Minecraft

The manager Joel is the best Eb/Zing employer I have dealt with. Amazing knowledge of his product and is really a genuine good guy. Love dealing with him and I driver over 50 mins passing other stores, just to come and enjoy his company and good service. Thank you

Thai is the best Zing in Australia the management (Joel) is the best bloke and always welling to help with anything you are looking for and the staff is always up for a chat about pop culture

I didn't even know I had already left a five star review a year ago. But I am back to back it up with further review, I took my son here yesterday to have a browse and the staff were super helpful and very nice. My son left the store extremely happy due to their attention to the customer. Thanks ️ from the fellow Pokemon fans!

Not the biggest store, but I can easily order online and collect my Funko pops from here. The staff are friendly and always happy to help.

I love Zing, great collection of old school things, i seem to always come out of there having brought something.

Absolutely amazing customer service by all staff members at this store. Special mention to Yeliz who is always just so eager to help everyone, so positive and so bubbly. You can tell she loves to help others and enjoys her job. Goes above and beyond every time! 100% the best customer service I have ever encountered. Will forever look to be assisted by her in the future knowing full well she is willing to assist and even just have a chat. Cannot fault her or the store in general! If i could give more than 5 stars for her service i would!

Staff very dismissive of customers. Treated me like I was an annoying idiot when I asked if they had something in stock because their website said it was in stock and I couldn't find it

With online shopping overtaking people purchasing from stores, the competition within shopping centres I would definitely NOT recommend this Zing store. Despite being end of day we walked out of our way to attempt to purchase a game we know is cheaper and in stock in a competitors store.we asked Zing to price match & outcome is the manager insisted on calling the other store (who did not answer) as a result they refused to price match. Outcome for Zing no purchase made and loss of a once loyal customer.

Awesome store really wish I had one in my town.
