Really fantastic stock they have here. Such a different variety from other Zing stores! Really was impressed

Genuinely thankful for the above and beyond customer service The attendant, asked me if I was ok. At the time I was so dizzy he offeres me a chocolate and non chocolate lolly option which may have prevented my blood suger crashing.thank you again kind soul. There should be more 'yous' in the world spreading selfless acts of kindness.

The staff are really kind and always up for a chat, they’re really helpful to my dad especially who collects and pre orders a lot of figures.very knowledgeable too!

Bit of a boring place with a wall of incredibly bland pop figures, very small shop too. Would make sense if they shared more space with the incredibly large ebgames next door considering theyre owned by the same company.

Best customer service in a store I have EVER been to! Pat and Ben, the two workers that were on when I went in three weeks in a row, were so polite and took the time out to talk to me, as well as helping me out with all my questions! They're super friendly and quite literally the nicest people I have ever met. I will 100% be returning to the store again next week for the fourth week in a row

The staff were easy to talk to and attended us within a moment of entering the store to ask us if we would like any assistance. Plus we got what we needed

Love Zing. Everytime I go in (which is everytime i go to Eastland), i just want to say- one of everything please! So much cool stuff. The staff are great, all pop culture geeks who know their stuff, and very polite. If you are into pop culture then Zing is the thing (urk). Enough is never enough.

Very awesome store. Eliza who is one of my fave employees at the store is always friendly and welcoming to me. They have a good range of pop culture things - i especially love their loungefly range!
