Went in to do some eye shopping, when I was met by an incredibly helpful and friendly staff, Bridy (sorry, not sure of the spelling!) She showed me some options that would suit my body shape and event occasions. I appreciated the non-judgemental and well paced service! Thank you for catering to me even though I was browsing options, will definitely be shopping here soon.

Zero eye contact and acknowledgment. Went in with my partner less than 15 mins ago because I’m looking for a cute simple dress for the wedding. Staff in all black suit did the “top to bottom stare” and looked away and did not offer and sort of assistance despite the store being reflectively quiet. Is it required to dress in luxurious outfit and the newest designer items to visit to be treated fairly? Tried on a beautiful dress but do not feel great at all. A silent yet really negative experience.

Go here if you want a rude experience.

Got eye rolled today and no one served me. Went to David Jones instead for the same product - got much better customer service.

Seems like if you don't look like you're made out of a million $$ they'll condescend down or ignore you.

Was helped by Emma and she was so kind and patient! She made me feel comfortable and gave me lots of recommendations when I didn’t know what I wanted. I felt like I was being a bit difficult because I didn’t know what I wanted, but she never rushed me and was very friendly.

My partner and I went in mostly out of curiosity and whilst we were in store staff were following us around in a way that felt as though we were being surveillanced as we weren't offered assistance.

I always pass the windows in awe of the dresses displayed because of how unique they are, I feel as though i am looking at art everytime however it's a shame I wasn't able to appreciate them closer.

Walking into Zimmermann it feels like you’re surrounded by artwork the garments are so beautiful and honestly the service I received was amazing. The girls were super helpful especially Rina also showing me different styling options. Will be returning to Zimmermann Emporium again.

Though Zimmermann Emporium isn't the closest Zimmermann boutique to me geographically, I exclusively visit it now. The store consistently looks immaculate and the store manager Irina is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable without being pushy. I value genuine customer service so it's an absolute delight visiting the Emporium store

I purchase a fair amount of Zimmermann and love the designs. However, a few disappointments in 2022. Firstly, I purchased the Celestial Sailor pant in navy. On the first wear, which was for a corporate event, three buttons popped off the front of the pants when I removed them. When I looked at the buttons I could see they were only sewn on by a single thread. On contacting Zimmermann to have these re-sewn I was told that its actually normal that when you buy a pair of pants you have to resew the buttons on yourself once you take them home. Not what I was expecting to have to do when purchasing designer label pants for $650. Zimmermann did agree to take them and resew them for me, but on receiving them back they had done the same dodgy job as the first time and sewn them on with a single thread. I have had them dry cleaned after one wear and during that process the buttons again fell off, the dry cleaners graciously sewed them back on for me.
For a designer label this is a bad look. It makes you question the mark up costs on products with substandard craftsmanship? Made in China?

I went to Zimmermann Emporium and was served by the lovely Emma,
She was sooo helpful with all of her advice and went above and beyond for me.
She was incredibly lovely and made me feel extremely comfortable when helping me try on dresses.
I thank her so much for her impeccable service and kindness today.

None of the staffs were helpful and looked down on me and my friends. We had very bad experience with the customer survice and so disappointed.

Such a beautiful clean store. Lovely girls assisting me on Tuesday were so helpful. I believe their names were Emma and Eera. They created a fun shopping experience that made my friend's day. Will definitely come back again.

My partner went shopping at Zimmerman Emporium today to look for a dress for our wedding and the staff were very rude to her. My partner’s friend took a video of my partner in a dress she liked and the staff shouted at them in front of other customers. If videos are against the company policy that is fine, if they had calmly explained that there would have been no issue whatsoever but there is no cause to be so rude. Then when my partner left the store an alarm went off due to an item with a tag from another store. The same alarm went off when they entered the store for the record. The staff chased after my partner and basically accused them of stealing in front of a whole group of other people. How dare the staff treat people this way. Clearly they think they are better than their customers

Absolutely shocking service, the worst Zimmerman ever! I made a couple of enquiries about a dress for my partner and then some tights, which the website said were in stock in a small but the assistant said that they weren't. I then asked which stores had the small, she just went back to the computer and ignored us. I had to get stuff for my partner to try on while we were just ignored in the store; we left and they said goodbye.but never assisted us once. Considering we have made purchased a lot of Zimmerman clothing, don't expect me to spend more with that level of service.

I’m very satisfied with Rina’s service as she was very helpful with my shopping. She recommended me the size that suited me as I was deciding between 0 and 1. I received an email from her after my purchase to wish me a safe flight back home. Highly recommend to visit Zimmermann in Emporium!

My partners Experience at Zim
Buyers beware of faulty garments the store accepts no responsibility.

About a month ago I purchased a Moonshire mini dress from Zimmermann at Emporium on sale.
I was going to use the dress on a special occasion when I noticed the care label was missing.
I went back to the store with the receipt and dress, the sales assistant also found it very odd that the label was not a fixed to dress. I was informed that they would keep the dress and the store would be in touch.
The follow up was the worst experience I have had, I had to constantly chase for information until finally the store manager Kylie touched base informing me that the dress was on sale and they are not responsible for the garment. She also informed me that the garment has no value without care labels.
A sale item does not mean you are not accountable for defective items, you have left me with an item which has no value and Kylie clearly informed me that head office do not want to reimburse me or replace the item.
This is not what one would expect from Zimmermann, their return policy is completely utterly unacceptable and disgraceful to say the least, one should feel reassured that purchasing instore these issues would never occur and if they do you would think the company should be more responsible and not wash their hands off completely.

I did not take the name of the girl serving me, but I am very happy with the service. She found where was the size I needed (I went there on Sunday 20/3) and they called me on Tuesday 22/3 that I can go and pick up my dress.

I don't normally write reviews but I also believe every good work needs to be appreciated and highlighted.
I come from Adelaide and although we have Zimmermann shops here, my previous experience with the Emporium team has been good. This was further proven in February this year! Excellent service all round and the team worked as one. Nothing was too much for the ladies and they made me feel like I was the only one they were assisting. They were honest in their opinions and made time to listen to my choices. In the end, I bought two gorgeous outfits.
The stellar service did not end when I left the shop. Today (March 4,2022), I received two dress bags! They did not have to go out of their way to send me these, but they were even very apologetic that none was available during my purchase. This action seems miniscule but it shows the tremendous effort these ladies have done to achieve excellent customer service! To the team at Zimmermann Emporium Shopping Centre - well done and keep up the great work! Thank you for making me feel extra special.
