My first experience at Zimmermann Chadstone wasn't that great couple of months ago, but today Jasmine has changed my mind and helped me on choosing the perfect dress!

Overpriced, overrated, exceptionally poor quality clothing and terrible customer service.
Avoid the Chadstone shop especially, dreadful customer service.
We made the mistake of buying a dress from them that, after being worn once, fell apart. Zimmerman said it wasn't their fault and that there was nothing they could do. It seemed like they were use to people complaining about problems with their clothing and that they had a set of standard answers that they use to just make you go away.
Waste of money. Never again.

Similar experience with last 1 star reviewer but even worse. I received a wrong dress after 1 week's wait. After 3 times check with the staff, Michelle finally admitted they sent the wrong one.and it only has less than 3 working days left to the day that I need it.
Normally when one mistake happens, staff should make sure there won't be a 2nd mistake. But chadstone didn't behave that way.
Next day, In order to receive the dress in time, I called them and was confirmed by Michelle it was picked up by courier, but I couldn't find pick up information for hours. After several calls requesting double check, Lynsey who sounds like manager told me not to call anymore coz I was annoying and she has confirmed with driver for the pickup then they didn't respond to my email either. I requested the courier to conduct an investigation which was proven next day that the dress was actually not picked up as Chadstone promised. Not surprisingly, the dress arrived just 1 day later than my planned day, but the delay totally can be avoided if chadstone didn't make 2nd mistake. And when I pointed the 2nd mistake to them, I didnt receive apology and Michelle even replied me that " but now it's coming to you".
From staff to senior Lynsey, they didn't care abt customer at all. They didn't think of why client bothers to call but just think client is annoying. They kept on giving me wrong information without careful checking. Lynsey even blamed me for her own misunderstanding caused by my accent, which makes me very uncomfortable. If a senior shows her impatience and negligence, how can she set good example for other staffs?
I like this brand but this experience was really disappointed, hoping it can improve in future and I wanna share this with other viewers, hoping you won’t come across same situation as me.

Bad service!

I bought a dress and he said he would send it to my house because the store didn't have my size. Two weeks later, it still hadn't arrived. I called the store and the sales said that they would reply me in the afternoon, but there was no message. When I called again the next day, the sales told me the dress had been mistakenly sold by a new employee.

Went today to buy a replacement wedding dress for my daughter with one week to go! Don't ask! From the minute we walked in to buying the dress our experience was amazing. Many, many thanks to Sarah for her care, concern and wonderful service! My daughter now has the dress to complete her perfect day.

Eilwen assisted me in finding a dress for my upcoming marriage ceremony. She listened to everything I was looking for and was a great support! The experience to the store was a great one and I look forward fo visiting again soon for another beautiful piece.

I had the very lovely Kylie assist me today at the Chadstone store and have never been so welcomed or looked after. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing but she made my decision to do so very easy, showing me how versatile the piece I was looking at was. Looking forward to coming back in soon:)
