I recently had a bad experience regarding an issue with a tear in a dress. After contacting the Doncaster store and dealing with Clare and Laura from head office I am wanting to share how wonderful it is to deal with a company willing to listen and speak to their customers to resolve all issues. Thank you Zimmermann you have one happy customer! Thank you for your professionalism and understanding. I look forward to purchasing another special dress from your Doncaster store soon.

Although I was not able to find the dress I was shopping for here, the staff here were exceptional and the dresses are just gorgeous.

Let me start off by saying that I have never had a positive experience when waking into Zimmerman. Each occasion I walk in, I am immediately judged and considered less than, therefore when I walked in today with my mum, I must admit, there was an element of hesitation. Today, we were greeted with a friendly smile and amazing service. Wow! What a difference! Maggie at Zimmerman Doncaster was phenomenal! She was knowledgeable, kind, very helpful and absolutely attentive! Maggie made me feel so confident and beautiful in the stunning dresses that I tried on, which we later purchased with excitement! One of the girls (older blonde lady) who works here is lovely and very welcoming (5 stars for her) but then some of the other girls are completely rude and make you want to leave the store before you step foot in it. I stopped going here because of this reason.

Great customer service and variety of outfits for all occasions from my all time favourite store. Melissa has helped me on a number of occasions with online returns and also helping my daughter with outfits that suit her. Love love love.

Had a lovely experience at Zimmermann Doncaster today. I was trying to select a dress that I felt comfortable in for my upcoming baby shower and was assisted by a bubbly and kind assistant by the name of Melissa. She was more than helpful and offered amazing styling insight into my whole look for the event. Was an absolute pleasure meeting her and her colleagues were also just as helpful and delightful. I am a regular customer of Zimmerman David jones Westfield Doncaster. I have to commend the girls, Victoria, Gabi, and Molly for their wonderful service, they are always so helpful and pleaseant and always keep me informed about new arrivals by email.

My local store is actually in chadstone David Jones, but I would rather drive 40 mins to Westfield because one particular girl (tall, dark hair, very tanned) there is the snobbiest SA I have ever came across in my life. Never greets people, especially if you're not Caucasian; turns away even when she sees you. Terrible attitude really, she needs to know her role, you work in retail and customer service is the key.
