Zikrayat Lebanese Restaurant

We were one of two tables dining at 6.30pm on a Friday evening. We ordered the trio of dips which came with just 2 pieces of bread, which was inadequate given the amount of dips provided. The waitress then mixed up our main orders with the other table. When reminded of our order, they proceeded to remove our dishes from the other table, who may or may not have already dug in to our dishes, and placed them infront of us without an apology. The food was served lukewarm and while the chicken and lamb were tender, they both really lacked flavour. The rice was fluffy but also flavourless. The venue was nicely decorated but for the prices charged, this was a disappointing experience.

Zikrayat Lebanese restaurant comes highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic Lebanese dining experience with great culture and authentic Lebanese meals.

I went there for my birthday with my partner and the experience was superb from the minute we walked in. Elie was very accommodating and he has a strong passion for giving his customers a special experience and the staff was very attentive.
The belly dancer was very friendly and an amazing dancer.

We had an absolutely magnificent banquet. We loved all the food that came out as it was simply amazing. The food was presented beautifully and it was very fresh with a homemade feel and was very tasty. The warm and puffy homemade flatbread was an excellent addition to the meal.

I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a fantastic Lebanese dining experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a great meal. We will definitely be back for more as the food is absolutely divine and the customer service is excellent. They are very friendly and make you feel very welcome from the time you walk in till the time they walk you out at the end of the evening. The restaurant is clean, colourful and vibrant. This place won't disappoint.

One of the finest place to eat. The whole experience was just amazing. The food is very tasty and nicely presented. Service is great. You can book the table so no dramas no wait or disappointments. Plenty of parking in the back. Belly dance was good. I wish i can give them more stars

This is not very authentic lebanese cuisine. The decor is beautiful and it seems to always have a table full when we walk past but there's no value for money in terms of the meals. Nice service and good atmosphere but the food just didn't do its job.

We went to this restaurant expecting great authentic food but were quite disappointed. Westernised Lebanese food is the best description.
Pricing- the value for money just isn’t there. The portion sizes are very small for the cost.
Chicken shawarma - biggest disappointment! It was just cut up strips of chicken pan fried with some capsicum and onion and the most sparest of seasoning. If your not going to make it the authentic way over charcoal please don’t bother to make it at all.
The staff were polite and service was good but everything else didn’t stack up at all.

What a beautiful restaurant to have dinner in!
It is very hard for me to find the authentic taste of lebanese food like a home food and I was really fascinated.wow wow how delicious it is, everything is super nice.
Not only the food, yesterday it was very nice saturday night, family environment and friendly.
Mainly I want to thank the owner and everyone for the professional job and the service, they are so welcoming and friendly.

Gorgeous restaurant with authentic middle eastern design and authentic Lebanese food. The service and atmosphere were amazing and the food was superb. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant food, brilliant service and brilliant atmosphere 10/10. Dined in on Friday night and enjoyed the meat banquet for two with my partner. Advised the waiter for a gluten free option and was met with a wonderful gluten free Lebanese banquet! Highly recommend and will definitely be back for more

I never write reviews but on viewing so many 5 star ones l had to disagree. Why?
We attended the restaurant on Saturday night.
A little noisy but had atmosphere.
We ordered a simple entree for 4. Basic but ok.
Then a meat platter for 2 and vegetarian platter for 2. As big travellers and regular restauranteurs these meals were very very disappointing.
We expected the meat platter to have significant meat especially for the price. But there were only 2 shasliks, few nibbles and padded the plate filled with chips! Same with vegetarian.
Very minimal. Very disappointing.
Definitely our last visit. Never again. Felt ripped off which is my biggest pet hate.

The dinner was very delicious. The restaurant is beautiful inside. I recommend visiting this restaurant. There is a nice staff and the food is very delicious. Everything was a fantasy. Thanks for waseem and sam for the amazing service

We had the most amazing meal. Dips with fluffy bread and tabouli, halomi cheese and lamb sausages for entrees. Chicken and lamb skewers for main and baklava of course to finish. The team serving us were just lovely as well. Will definitely tell everyone about this gem.

Great experience with lovely accomodating staff! Highly recommend anyone to go here if you want great tasting Mediterranean cuisine.

The banquet was not good value for money at all as there wasnt enough food.
Charged $12 extra for ordering a little more dip even after paying for 5 banquets!

Veg banquet was very very basic and had just a main chickpea kinda dish with no rice or anything else to eat it with. Mum wasnt fed well on Mother’s day!
No salads etc
Desset was just a piece of baklava.
Had no milk to make coffees!
Very Disappointed and will never go there again.

Disgraceful food. One of the dishes which had beans in it smelled like it was simmering in some old guys boot. My wife and auntie laughed at the analogy as it was true. If eaten in Europe, all over Australia and many other countries and this was garbage food. But it was the take away menu so who knows. Ive had baba ghanoush and hummus in sydney in my mates mothers house which destroys this place.

The coffee, wine and baklava were all excellent as well. We were VERY full. Great experience start to finish and I look forward to going back again!

Came here for a family function - can not fault the service at all we were all looked after and wait staff were very attentive.

I have tried few other Lebanese restaurants. But none had the freshness and the quality of the ingredients than what you're getting here at Zikrayat. Breads were freshly made from the oven, dips were really good but not too heavy, meats are succulent, juicy and tender.

And lastly, the baklava is probably the best baklava I've ever tasted, not too sweet and oily like some of the baklava you'd find at HSP restaurants. I would also like to highlight Sam and Sam's staff for their excellent service. Definitely coming back

A must try if you’re in area. Delicious and fresh Lebanese cuisine without any oily aftertaste. Menu selection is big and great friendly staff.
