Garbage massage. Waste of time. Spent most the time just jambinb elbows into me more sore now then when I got in there. Avoid old guy

If there was lower than one star I would have given it. I had the worst experience where the massage guy touched me several times with his private part pretending it was happening by accident. I stopped the massage half way and complained about him. Disgusting staff with horrible behaviour.

If you have been given or plan to gift a voucher from this place (or any of the Zhongs franchises) don’t bother. They’ll tell you they’re busy and have no available appointments if you walk in and make it difficult if you try and make a booking. This is because they preference taking new walk ins and more $ rather than fill spots with paid bookings. It took 3 attempts to actually use a voucher gifted to me for Xmas. And there were 2 of us trying to use them. Was also verified watching them after we were turned away (they took in walk ins after telling us there was no available spots). Also had this confirmed by another person trying to use their voucher who is continually turned away. In the end we had to push to make an appointment over the phone at Westfield Doncaster who reluctantly took us. And after all that, the quality of massage was not great. Best of going to the other massage place in the foodcourt (next to the reject shop), they’re always quite consistent with their massage. Also not the best but hey that’s what you get for the quality of the fast shopping centre massages!

Masseuse wasn’t massaging all the spots
Just rubbing with oil and she was pressing my lower back of core so it’s so soar now
No basic knowledge of massage at all
So bad Wasting my money and time

I’ve come back 3 times for massages with Stephanie. She’s the best. Really sorts out my sore back and I leave feeling 100 times better.

Did my 30mins remedial massage last week. Told that lady to stay away from my lower back region just do my neck and shoulders. She did not listen at all. Went super hard on my lower back and I have been in pain for the past week.

Horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. The person doing the massage did not stop what I was clearly not enjoying. Would not recommend anyone go here. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time.

I got a 30 minute foot massage today and it was great - so many massage therapists do an average job on feet but this place was great!

Very disappointed. Remedial massage, possibly the worst I have ever had. I don't normally leave negative reviews, however I will check the masseurs credentials every time I book a massage in future.

After visiting this place many times I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend the neck and shoulders or traditional Chinese massage without oil.

I booked my wife in for a relaxing massage on her birthday. It was supposed to include reflexology, head massage and body massage. It did not include reflexology not head massage.

My wife was subjected to what she described as traumatic and said that the massage therapist didn’t take any queues from her that she wasn’t enjoying the massage.

It cost $140. I would like a full refund.

Frankie, Stephanie and Michelle are so lovely and talented. Going to be regulars here. The ambience and scenery is amazing and relaxing. Would definitely recommend a massage here, i.e. Deep oil tissue massage.

Guy doing massage was sensational. Oman receptionist very very pushy about me having an oil massage. Needs to back off.

A nice drop in massage place if you are after something quick and not wanting to book online.

Massage places can be very hit and miss, your massage experience hinges on the person you get - sometimes they know what they're doing, sadly sometimes they are clueless/indifferent with poor technique. Today I had a massage at Zhong's by a man named LU and it was seriously outstanding (and I am fussy) Amazing technique and I will be back for him and him only. Excellent massage.

I asked for a 30 min neck, shoulders and arms massage. The man had no idea what he was doing and I found the massage to be unpleasant. He wasn’t even friendly, didn’t smile when I paid and said thank you.

I used to go here every now and then and it was good but the last few times have been below average. Probably won't go back.

Friendly staff and feels like they actually know where to press and poke you and not just random rubbing. Really good experience everytime and always feel amazing after. Thank you
