Asked the therapist a few times area that I want to get done, but couldn’t speak English so couldn’t do it was really not happy with the experience when spoke to manager was given an excuse that no English, was an utter waste of money would not recommend to anyone

The best massage in fountain gate. Chris was so detailed on every tissue. It was a perfect balance of relaxation and deep tissue massage. Will come back often.

Foot and leg massage in the recliner is just amazing. Neck and shoulders is another massage I get here. Very highly trained staff, sometimes the language barrier is a little tuff but let's be honest English isn't there first language and I know for sure I can't speak 2 words of Chinese. So keep up the great work and see you again soon

They have advertised private health for nib and then say they don’t have a provider number for nib wouldn’t recommend this place

Worst massage ever. "Masseuse" spent most of her time leaning on my back with her elbows, while biting and picking at her nails. Zero massage technique or skill, and completely gross and unprofessional behaviour. Will not be returning

Just came back from an hour massage (Back, Shoulder, neck and cupping). Wow! Honestly cannot remember a time I’ve had such a good massage experience. Thank you to Shawn, the man who attended to me. I Couldn’t recommend him enough. I Will definitely be coming back.

Have been a regular customer here, however my last experience was unpleasant and felt like I was being lecturered about only getting a 20min massage over the 30mins.the guy was rude and argumentative and seemed the saff were talking about me in chinese.very unprofessional and will not be going back

Have try many place before. Here is the best one so far. I have my shoulder hurt for long time. After going there they fixed it up. Thanks so much. Definitely go back again

My partner and I are regulars but just received the worst massages. He had to have deep heat rubbed on his back he was in some much pain, even though they were advised to avoid his shoulders they kept going back to them. The guy was too rough. I had a terrible experience with the woman, i asked her to do a specific part of my back and she more or less avoided it and when she did rub it it was the most half arssed thing i have ever received. She then put suction cups on me out of now where without asking and cracked my back without giving warning, which meant i didn't have a chance to relax and she almost caused me serious injury.
Not going back for a long while

Tottaly love getting a massage here, really relaxing helps rest me and some give some much needed time out, Chris is Awsome at his job!

Fantastic they are so good and give a good deep massage. As a massage therapist myself I love that I can walk in and get a great massage done at my convenience.

Terrible. Went for a 45min massage yesterday. In considerable pain today with visible bruising. Staff are quite obviously not qualified.
