I've been seeing Dr Matt since the start of this year and every time I feel so supported and cared for. Originally going for thyroid issues and he has supported me with so much more. Seeing some incredible results physically and emotionally. The cosmetic acupuncture has been an added bonus - my skin is clearer and tighter and jaw is more defined. Thank you Dr Matt!

Life changing! I love this place so much I could live here! Started seeing Dr Abbie and Dr Matt earlier this year and I am so much calmer and more relaxed then I was when I first went! Such a magical place! They deal with all sorts of health issues. For me it was just lowering my stress levels. I was so stressed when I first went to them (probably the worst I’d been in years) & after two months my whole outlook was zen/chill/ relaxed! My skin is also glowing but that is just a bonus! Can’t speak more highly of these magicians! They are amazing humans and the space itself is beautiful! I live for my naps in the private space you are assigned to! Self care is so critical to being the best versions of ourselves and this is one of my favourite places for prioritising well-being!

Could not speak more highly of Dr Abbie and her team. I’ve been a patient for 18 months and counting. Dr Abbie has cultivated and curated a space that feels inclusive, safe, fresh, fun, attuned and energizing. The intentionality and vision that has gone into her business is evident everywhere from social media platforms, to how one is greeted over the phone, to the felt experience when stepping through Zhong Centre’s door, to her own skin and health products, to the nourishing and restorative treatments one receives under her and her team’s care. Informative and empowering, Dr Abbie is the antithesis of scarcity or fear mongering that can be the experience of a patient in other health settings. An unexpected bonus in all of this is how chic and modern she is, adding lightness, joy, sass and flair to all she does. Whether it is for self care, a tune up, a reset, a health issue, a second opinion, I recommend Dr Abbie and the Zhong Centre unreservedly and look forward to being a loyal patient for years to come. I had seen Zhong Centre in Instagram and was intrigued by their unique way of presenting Chinese medicine and Accupuncture. Then I met Dr Abbie and immediately knew I was going to be supported and listened to.
The atmosphere in the clinic and vibe from the front of house staff- offering me tea, water, bone broth- the nurses and clinicians was comforting, relaxing and fun! Nothing like other Accupuncture clinics I have been to before. I had a terrible cold that I couldn’t shake off. Dr Abbie introduced me to -Gua Sha- ‘scrapping’ and I walked out of there like a different person. She was informative and explained how it works and advised me on what to do to help my body recover. Two days later I tried the IV Infusions. OMG now that was magical. I felt an immediate boost in energy and felt amazing- truly magical stuff. I added a metabolism boost to the IV and have followed it up with a few injections of it and can honestly say I have seen a difference in how my clothes fit. I am hooked. It works. Don’t doubt it.

For all your health needs.don't walk RUN towards Zhongs. Honestly Dr Nic has been the perfect practitioner for me. A balance between very knowledgeable, funny, caring but also plants seeds to help you toward better health. I feel very comfortable and safe in Dr Nic's care. I found great help with hormone support, inflammation, immune support and overall feel very zen when i leave my appointment. I first heard about Zhong Centre via an Instagram post and felt immediately that it was going to make a difference to all the physical and mental health issues l had/have been dealing with.
From my first phone call to now, l can say honestly that everything l was hoping for in relation to my issues has been improved by going to Zhong’s.
Being an emotional mess, I am listened to and treated with care and attention. Having been a patient now for around 12 months, the difference in my physical health has been sheer relief and just or maybe more, my mental health has improved and that has been my biggest surprise.
At Zhong’s the treatment plan is not just about one aspect of your health, it is all encompassing.
I have been treated by all the Doctors at Zhong’s. Each different and amazing in my treatment. Am lucky enough to have Dr Abbie who is honest and real with her treatment plan. She has also held me together when l have struggled. Never any judgement from any of the team.
From front of house to treatment, the staff at Zhong’s are just a beautiful group of people.
I have no hesitation in recommending Zhong Centre. In fact I would and have told people if you feel you aren’t getting results with other methods to have a consultation.
I am writing this review as my health and understanding about my health has improved in one year more than it had in years.

Really wanted to love it and treat myself during the lockdown. Unfortunately under very pretty Instagramable picture - just a profitable business model. Rip off - 150 dollars for 10 minutes of the practitioner attention who is more interested describing the packages prices so you pay upfront. Many beds in one small room. I believe in Sydney this concept called Collective acupuncture and cost 25 dollars per treatment…
Just felt really bad after and needed to let it out. If I’d be more brave I would not even pay for it. Don’t go.

My friend and I attended the Zhong centre today. We were both asked inappropriate and irrelevant questions about our health and were charged full price $150 for the treatment despite being in a setting that was still under construction while we were there. Abbie swore liberally and offensively and left needles in both me and my friend. We couldn’t discourage you strongly enough from going after the horror we experienced there. All we can say is: don’t go.

I’m sorry I didn’t listen to you for weeks about foot baths.
Thank you for getting angry at me and severely telling me off because now I get it.
My lord, I am OBSESSED!
Legit has helped with my insomnia of months and months.
I feel not only like myself again, but better!

Love the Zhong centre! After seeing Dr Abbie my skin had visibly improved in elasticity and brightness, overall I feel much more balanced. But most importantly Dr Abbie has leaned when I have been vulnerable and held space for me. She also knows how to crack a girl up. Come for the zen, stay for the laughs! Could not recommend more.

Dr Abbie is great and I love seeing her. I have been working with Dr Abbie for 2 years. She has helped me enormously. She is real, honest and will tell you what you need to hear to improve your health. If you’re ready to take responsibility for your health and work with a very knowledgeable and experienced health practitioner Dr Abbie is for you!

Dr Abbie is an incredibly gifted, warm, authentic healer. After her treatments I feel deeply relaxed and also highly energised! I love her sass and sparkle and am so happy I found my way to her. Highly recommend.

The acupuncture I received this year from Dr Abbie was amazing - what a lifesaver during lockdown! And her staff are so lovely, kind and patient.

Dr Abbie is honestly a breath of fresh air. Believe it or not all of my apprehension was actually immediately eased when Dr Abbie (sparkles and all) blew in to my treatment room, like a tornado, speaking a million miles an hour, with just as many profanities thrown in. My brain struggled to keep up, but some how my body knew it was in safe hands. I came in that day for a cosmetic treatment but what I've received in my visits since then, is warmth, love, kindness, wisdom, deep deep healing and many giggles. Oh. And the NAPS! Bliss. If you need care, the kind that your best girlfriends give you when you're feeling fragile, Dr Abbie and her team give you that in bucket loads. They are Treasures. And I'm looking forward to continuing my treatments to look and feel fab inside and out.

Lovely people and cool atmosphere. We have been going to acupunture clinics for a while now. However I went in for vertigo and couldn't go to my normal lady due to the circumstances surrounding it. And answered a long questionnaire that I didn't feel comfortable answering and giving up all the information but they did say I had to do it to be treated.
Unfortunately the acupunture made my vertigo worse. It was painful only in 1 spot but made it uncomfortable laying there for 45 minutes.
I booked another apointment as I thought maybe first time i was unlucky and I couldnt attend. So my partner went in for me.
He is on a disability pension and has a chronic illness. He goes to a different one in South Yarra usually but thought this one would be more convenient.
Not only do they not offer to do your health fund on the spot they charge $110.00 a session everytime even if you come in 4 times a week. Steven's last practice was so much better and charged far less and reduced the rate to meet his needs as he responds well to it.
I cancelled his upcoming appointments. And going back to our usual Drs.

I guess you can't please everyone and maybe we arent a match.

Dr Abbie is amazing!
I had a few issues relating to my gut and nervous system from past medication and surgeries. Dr Abbie was able to fix these problems through on site treatment while providing support and education to continuing the healing at home.

Highly recommend!

Can't recommend Dr Ally highly enough. She really listens, puts you at ease, and the super calm, steady feeling I have when I leave is incredible. I've seen for help managing stress, gut health, and period management, and I recommend her to my friends whenever I can!

I highly reccomend the Doctors here. Initially, I came in for hayfever treatment and within an hour I stopped having a runny nose and stopped sneezing. The doctors here even helped me with my poor sleeping patterns, I was able to have a deep and interrupted sleep. Thank you so much for improving the quality of my life.
