Zetta Florence

This shop is set out so lovely, and looks so pretty.
I was served by a team member called Rose, who was above and beyond with her customer service.
I was purchasing a large amount of there beautiful handmade gift paper, and rose was so helpful in finding out if I could easily order more should I need it.
I highly recommend Zetta Florence, for different choices in cards, gifts, wrapping paper etc.

I’m like a child in a wonderland being surrounded by all of the beautiful stationary. It’s a perfect place to buy creative and artistic cards with reasonable price.

The place was a lot more spacious than I expected. I came for some writing papers and ribbon but left with more than that.
I get really anxious when the employee is too attentive (some store policies ask them to be like so). But the ones at Zetta were just 'enough'. They gave me space to wander around peacefully. Very attentive when needed, too. So what I left with was a joyful feeling after shopping.

Today I bought some imported chocolate from Brussels, Belgium.

I found this amazing shop through my flatmates who have decorated their bedrooms with so many of Zetta Florence's beautiful designs, but what makes me recommend this shop like no other is the wonderful customer service. I had made an error when writing my address in that caused the package to sit in a post office for a couple of weeks before being sent halfway up the country and back down to Victoria. When I called to explain the situation and query about next steps, I spoke to Stevie and he was so understanding, thoughtful and helpful - he had the whole problem sorted out for me in 10 minutes and sent my posters back off to my correct address within half an hour. Thank you Stevie for all your help, I can't wait to add to the ever-growing collection of Zetta Florence posters in my house!

I ordered some envelopes for my wedding invitations, and whilst I was happy with the quality of them, I was extremely disappointed that there is no way to seal them. I had to race out last minute to purchase seals. This just added more frustration to an already stressful time.
At least add the information that you need some kind of seal to the description on your website, it would make things easier for customers.

A query I had with some items was dealt with very promptly & efficiently. Great customer service & gorgeous products. Thank ZF.

Using the website for online shopping is a very simple process, plus they offer competitive pricing and very prompt shipping! I placed orders at two different companies on the same day and this one arrived before the other even shipped:)

I have received great service from Zetta Florence over many years in connection with the cataloguing and archiving of scientific records. My key contact has been is the inimitable Stevie Conlon who has provided me with prompt advice, successful deliveries, and helpful telephone calls throughout the whole period. How would we do without him? ! My latest order for a 'Safekeeper' Album arrived today in the mail, again in perfect condition thanks to some highly professional packaging. Keep up the top service, ZF!

Zetta is a lovely space, the staff are friendly. Sometimes I want the things to be displayed differently, I feel I walk around not knowing exactly what I'm going to come across at the next table. Ultimately though they get full stars for kindling a passion for letter writing, wax stamps, and paper crafts:)

Very friendly staff ️ I was served by the staff around 5 pm today. I've purchased small things but the staff was so kind and friendly. I could see them trying to be helpful to every customer! Recommending this store for everyone looking for beautiful cards and wrappings.will visit again

I have gone to this store for the first time and was blown away by their amazing range of products, I looked for ribbons and asked one of the staff to help me measure how much ribbon I need to wrap my bridesmaids gifts, she measured with her hand and I asked her if she could give me a metric measurement to accurately calculate how many metres I need to wrap 8 gifts, she came back with a ribbon cut (when I only asked her to measure and not to cut as the colour was not finalised), the staff who was helping me was understanding and told me to choose the colours I want (so I did!).
Now, on the ribbon table there was a navy board saying “Ribbons $1 per meter” and ALL ribbons (various widths) are colour coordinated on this table, so a logical way to look at this is that all ribbons are $1/meter!
I have chose my ribbons and other items I needed and wanted to checkout when the staff tells me these ribbons are actually $2/meter!
Now the worst part of my experience starts here were the manager/owner steps in and tell me the prices are written below the table on the side where wrapping papers are (no one can see this sign, unless the staff point it out) and I mentioned that the sign with $1/m is next to the box where I got my ribbons and she says that she had a busy day and she doesn’t need this argument.
So I agreed and left the ribbons as they were falsely advertised and the staff who was helping me did not mention that these ribbons are $1 more per meter before she cut them.
So I checkout with the rest of my items and store owner runs behind me saying that we are in a tough time as a small business and wanted me to explain why the first ribbon that was cut without my consent was actually cut!
So I explain and she says that they are a small business and times are currently tough so I said that I understand and that is why I still purchased the rest of the stuff I bought (to support) where I could’ve left everything due to false advertisement and leave.
Then she proceeds to tell me that and I quote “please go ahead and return the staff you purchased as we don’t want your business here”
Lastly, all I could say is that I understand times are tough but customer service should not be compromised and store manager/owner should not be rude to customers for a management issue (not pricing things properly).
A simple apology for the price misunderstanding could’ve convinced me to purchase the ribbons although they were falsely priced/advertised.
I hope this helps future customers to lower their customer service expectations, when shopping in this store.

I recently bought some of the 2022 desk calendars ("Travel Australia" and "Australia's Backyard") as Christmas gifts. I was thrilled with the quality of the calendars - the paper is thick and beautiful and I love the vintage look of the illustrations. The customer service was great and Georgina and Stevie went above and beyond to ensure I get my order on time. Would highly recommend!

Amazing service, amazing books, won’t be buying my pens from anywhere else.
Replaced my ink on the house when it wasn’t working shortly after buying it, haven’t had any issues since.
