Zero95 Pizza Restaurant reviews
60 One star review given only as there was no ZERO!
The pizza cold, service and treatment from the manager colder. There is a reason there are only two of these restaurants open now!
If I could do zero stars I would. Wife and I were subjected to an abusive out of control manager, inexperienced staff, cold pizza. Clearly a business that has lost its way. Chef Ramsay wouldn’t be able to save this one. Not even an all you can eat for free for a year would bring us back to this hideous excuse of a business. Should be able to pick up some cheap ovens once it goes into liquidation.
Have been regular customers since it first opened but it seems to have become a victim of its own success. Food servings have diminished in size but not price. Tiramisu that was once outstanding has become barely flavoursome. Service also has become hit and miss.
Pizza was half cold, poorly made, tasteless, coffee's were cold & all froth.
Nice Waitress
Total waste of money!
I ordered Hawaiin pizza and capricciosa and to my surprise I didn't enjoy it all. They were not worth my money. It was total rip off. Please do not rip off people at this time especially during these hard days. I will never more visit this place again.
The pizzas are not up to the standard not worth 25$ only a bit of worthless ham is is scattered feel like you have eating ham and some roti surely cannot be called a pizza other toping are bare minimum and price maximum. Hope that no one waste their money on Pizzas specially at the Doncaster place.sure a zero star.
I can say just rip-off. I bought a pizza for $26 it has no toppings. Was Just bread with 5 shrimps. It was ridiculous, no taste no nothing. I don’t recommend this place. It is very wrong time to rip-off while people are strangling to feed themselves with the pandemic and people are taking advantage like them
Delicious pizzas, and dessert! Try to go when it's not peak time though, otherwise it will take quite a while to get your pizza - I still think it's worth the wait though:)
Zero95 is always a solid choice for a group dinner. We enjoyed the calamari fritti, capriciosa and chocolate lava cake. Rigatoni was a little bland and apple tart was a bit heavy on the cinnamon. New menu as of July 2021 - sad to see my favourite mushroom risotto gone.
Chirnside Park
Pretty lousy experience. FOH service woeful at best. Manager didn’t have a Eftpos reader at register.had to go find one. Staff standing talking to each other.
Pizzas mediocre at best, the pizza bases were the tastiest part, a testament to woodfire oven used, seemingly the only saving grace. Toppings were tasty but scarce. I paid $4 to have extra Nduja on my pizza and hardly any was put on, felt ripped off when paying an extra $4 do an already $26 pizza, absolute joke. Luckily I had a 2 for 1 voucher, so I’m very glad I didn’t pay full price.
Far too high prices for the products that are offered. At these sorts of prices I was expecting an amazing pizza eating experience, instead was left with a bad taste in my mouth and a lesson learned.never again.
Amazing little Italian restaurant. Food so authentic you would swear you were eating in a nkce place in Rome.
Friendly staff top off a great dining experience.
Great pizza base, genuine san daniele prosciutto, delicious meatballs. 10/10 taste and quality of food. Answering their phone and making error in every order is a shame but can’t fault the food and cleanliness, as well as decor and ambiance.
Great pizza restaurant with great service. We had 2 pizzas and they were fantastic, full of flavour and sauces. Everything went well together. As dessert, pictured is the tiramisu.
Saturday night Had a 8pm booking on arrival person at the front counter no hello pretended he didn't even see us.meals were late and as soon as we finished they announced last drinks. 9.30pm they started flashing on and off the lights no chance for desert.we went somewhere else.
So I’m driven to write an update to my last review 5 years ago (below).
I’ve continued to try this place in and off but the result is still the same.
The service is poor Last night I ordered take away pizza and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived to pick up I was told it’d be a couple of minutes. I waited 40 minutes more before I was handed a cold pizza and told they were ‘very busy’.
I’m never going back here, they don’t care and it’s not worth it.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
I've been here six time now for both eating in-house and takeaway.
This place is always full with customers. The food is excellent, but does seem overpriced. Unfortunately, I find the service is poor. I'm reluctant to go back again.
Best gluten free base EVER. You will not be disappointed. We had their award winning margherita and salami olive pizza.
Very busy and rightly so, please ensure you book in advance.
Just bought a Hawaiian pizza from here and it came with about 6 individual pieces of pineapple with two of the slices of pizza pineapple-less. Thoroughly disappointed.
Truly the best pizza I've had! Great service. Staff are friendly. The place is clean. The price is reasonable for the quality of food and service. I highly recommend.
Disgraceful and disrespectful. When me made a booking no mention it would be upstairs. One of our guests is disabled and when advised she could not walk up the stairs their response was you should have told us.
There we free tables that could have accommodated us if they wanted. Just rude.
Avoid this restaurant
Zero95 has always had great pizza and food - some of the best in the area.
Pre-pandemic, their rules for ordering takeaway came off as a bit arrogant, and so too trying to make bookings. It was although they were doing you a favour by allowing you to eat or dine there. But the food is so good that you grudgingly accepted it. People reading this will know exactly what I mean.
However, during and post pandemic I’ve seen a complete turnaround in their ethos. There is a humility that wasn’t there before and it’s lovely to see. Their rules have slackened, they are a lot friendlier and accommodating to your needs.
It now has the ultimate combo of great food and great service.
We’ll done, keep it up and please don’t change!
