The service provided to our school by the Zero3 team was exemplary. The installation was seamless and we received a comprehensive briefing on all functions of our new system.

It was wonderful working with James, Alicia and the team at Zero 3. We replaced our school’s phone system in 2021 and it was a seamless transition. The phones are easy to use with some great emergency management features eg.duress and lockdown buttons. We also love having the ‘page’ button which enables us to make PA announcements from our desks. The preparation and training was thorough. I highly recommend Zero 3.

It's always a pleasure to deal with the whole team at Zero3, I have dealt with them for many years at multiple school sites and each time they have gone above and beyond what was required. Their ongoing support is second to none, you can have the knowledge and confidence that when you pick up the phone to call them you are going to get someone who can help you out without the long wait times and the need to jump through hoops that you get with other phone companies.

We were given a phone system that wasn't easy to navigate with our new build. Calls were not coming through and customer service was non existent. I called Zero 3 in November and the system was installed today, 8/12/21. Francis and Adrian just came in and did the install with a minimum of fuss. Every question I had was answered and it was all done in a matter of a few hours. In the lead up to installation, Alicia and Sarah were so easy to deal with. I honestly can't fault them.
