Zepel Fabrics

Zepel Fabrics are the worst!
We have 8 black ‘vinyl’ dining chairs covered in Zepel Annahide purchased in 2016. The fabric has peeled off in many places and is continuing to breakdown! It is so extreme that we are embarrassed to use these chairs any more!
We paid nearly $3k for these chairs!
Zepel fabrics does not even have the decency to reply to emails! No responsibility!
Disgusting!

The fabric on our lounge has gathered and turned loose after just a few months. This has been reported to Zepel and I was mailed a Lindt cleaner as an outcome, I have since tried to have this rectified with no response. Disappointing

Customer service was great, the staff really helped with my missing order. Briget went above and beyond to make sure my fabric arrived safely and promptly.

Not so helpful staff. Tried to get more information from Birgit in Sydney but she hung up on me on the phone before I was done talking.
