Hannah at Zenn Design has been amazing to deal with. Hannah is very knowledgeable and responsive which made deciding on styles and fabrics easy and seamless. I love that Zenn Design offers an in home service as it makes the process so much easier as you able to see the fabrics/colours in your own home. I would recommend Hannah and the team at Zenn Design in a heartbeat and I am so excited for my new furniture pieces! I look forward to working with Zenn Design again in the future!

I’m so happy with my King size Hudson Fully Upholstered bed. The quality of the bed frame is fantastic and the over all finish and fabric choices are exactly how I imagined. Thanks so much for such a beautiful and timeless product which I’m sure we will enjoy for many years to come.

Simple wording really. End product was great however Hannah the owners arrogance gets in the way of her professionalisation. She is rude and will never take accountability for any flaws in a process. Customer service is terrible except for one subcontractor that she has which is their saving grace as Hannah cannot personally deliver.

It’s interesting what I have experienced others clearly have which is reflected in the reviews.

The only things as humans we can manage is our own behaviour, Hannah should focus on this.

I recently received my Zenn Design bed frame & bed head and I immediately fell in love. It is so well made and beautifully crafted - zero faults.

The whole process of designing the bed was seamless. The Zenn team listen to all your design requests and are super prompt. Seriously happy with my bed. Couldn't recommend enough!

We ordered the custom king bedhead Willow in pure whitewash. It was exactly as we had hoped. Beautiful! Not the best experience with the delivery (lost for weeks and nearly destroyed), but we got it in the end!
