Visited first time here. I dont know anything about flowers. I came in today after reading positive reviews, expected that the lady would help me in getting good flowers. But she was very rude. Did not assist me at all. Worst service. I had to ask fellow buyer what would be good. When i asked flower lady when will they bloom she replied saying" turn your heater up to 45degrees and it will bloom immediately.i dont deserve that kind of attitude for no reason. Disheartening. People can be so rude and cant even put up a smile on their face. I am never going here. Will tell friends not to go here. Pity the business owner.

I live nearby and have always had great experiences here, particularly with Janette. She helped make a wonderful arrangement to help propose to my partner about a year ago and has been super kind since, even helping me review some of their CCTV when I had an issue down the street. Whenever I buy flowers the team picks off any older petals and I would say I get a minimum of two weeks out of them before any other petals start wilting after putting them in water within an hour or two

The owner came out the front and starred my my husband and I down before we came in. We felt severely unwelcomed and why was one rose stem $25? Absurd! The roses were also like rotting in the edges so I’d rather go to woolworths

Have now been yelled and sworn at by the woman that runs the florist twice. The first time I was standing on the footpath reading a text and she came yelled at me to move away and the second time my dog and I walked passed and she came running out to say that it is a disgusting animal and she didn’t want to to defecate near her property. My dog and I were simply walking along the footpath and he had not pooed or peed anywhere near. Her language was incredibly vulgar and abusive both times. I have also seen her yell at other people at different times or come rushing out of the shop to glare at people and stare them down.

It’s all very strange and I would probably just recommend avoiding this place.

Horrible lady - screamed abuse at me and my two dogs - absolutely extraordinary foul langiage. Also - their flowers are dreadful - never last more than a day or two. Do not shop here (and their coffee is rubbish)

Terrible service and a rip off.she yelled at me every time I asked how much a bunch of flowers were, how about showing the price of the flowers so I don’t have to ask. Very overpriced $15 for one stem of red rose and she didn’t have any plastic viles to add to the stem for longevity. Plus I had to ask her to wrap it in paper. Then she told me never to come back which I wouldn’t disgusting service.

Great experience, quality service with all the flowers being fresh and properly taken care of.

Wow, had an amazing experience with florist Janet (not sure of the spelling). She was so nice, knowledgeable and sympathetic as we were buying flowers for a funeral. She delivered a beautiful bouquet of orchids, roses, and a mixture of other flowers. Truly beautiful. Don’t listen to the other reviews - we had a really lovely experience. Highly recommend.

I don’t ever want to give a star, ridiculously attitude from the lady. Rude and impolite. Verbally overprice and deny with its price tag.

Ridiculously overpriced! $280 for a bunch of flowers not much different to a bunch purchased from Woolworths! Profiteering because near the Carlton cemetery and Mothers Day!

Asian lady from the flower shop ran out screaming at the top of her lungs “GET OUT GET OUT OF MY SHOP YOU LEAVE NOW” - I was just waiting for a coffee from the coffee stand with my dog (dog was friendly and not causing trouble, nor had she relieved herself here this time, or ever)

This was very bewildering and confusing, not to mention exceptionally rude? And from reading other reviews here doesn’t seem like the first time.

I moved to wait in the street and the barista came out to give me my coffee and apologised but it shouldn’t have even happened, was very distressing and bizarre

Every other time I’ve been past to try and buy flowers I’ve been put off by the strangely high prices for strangely almost-dead stock.

Want to come back to the coffee place every morning but probably will never return due to crazy flower shop lady.

Contrary to the previous review, may I affirm my delight with the beautiful stock and services provided by Zeneli flowers in Carlton, from whom I have purchased flowers for over ten years. In these COVID times many businesses wish to enforce strict mask-wearing protocols to protect their staff and customers, and it was over this issue that the previous, non-mask wearing reviewer took umbrage. The owner and staff at Zeneli flowers are excellent, their flowers are fresh of the best quality and well-priced, and I would highly recommend their business. I rarely post reviews, but the damage caused by an angry, unfair review must be corrected.

The worst service I have ever experienced.

The Asian lady that works there has to be one of the rudest people I have ever come across. This lady was aggressively yelling at me, by the rest of the reviews on here I can see I’m not the first.

When I walked in I was excited and looking forward to buying some flowers for my wife, ended up walking out with a bouquet of roses for $250, I can’t believe how expensive they are! If I was not time poor I would not have bothered to buy anything.

My advice would be to go elsewhere and avoid this place at all costs.

My absolute favourite coffee place - loveliest staff who always brighten my day and go above and beyond! Plus delicious coffee <3

Worst customer service ever. I went to shop around 10: 00 pm and the Asian lady running the shop is very rude. Looks like you are judged by your appearance.

Never going there again.
