Pathetic customer service. Some of the staffs Claire, Ling, Lillian, dont even wear name tags, No accountability, big communication gap, staff turnover & dodgy illegal practises to mint more money out of customer.
Massages are terrible went twice not even worth a cent.
Will never recommend this place to anyone dodgy noncertified people doing the job.

Professional therapist! I've got sciatica pain for so many years, and a few months ago I came here for remedial massage, I felt so much better afterwards. I had 5-6 times treatments after that, usually once a week. Acupuncture + Massage definitely helps!

Stay out of this black hole.

Had the unbelievably best massage ever, the masseuse definitely knew what she was doing because I went to a physio prior the same day who did not treat the actual problem areas. Hence, I was desperate for another solution to treat my agonizing pain. My experience was unfortunately ruined by the lack of privacy. You can hear any and every commotion outside and enclosed rooms next to you. But wait, let me tell you THIS.

The highlight of it all was when they received a call from a customer who made the entire staff search for a bag they have left behind. One of the male staff even came into the same enclosed section to speak to the female staff massaging me while I was half covered face down. Literally I can hear this male right there while the masseuse replied to him. As they searched for this stupid bag, I literally heard the russel of one of my bags in their provided basket for your personal belongings being searched. Twice. By the male and a separate female. Excuse me? I did not consent to being walked in on by the rest of the staff, ESPECIALLY having my belongings search. The audacity of the act of these staff literally blew me away.

Yes, the massage skills was phenomenal as I have been to many and only a few exceeded my expectations. In the beginning I want to return, though this was one of the best, this was also the worst experience in my life. Thanks, but no.

Such a wonderful places. Beautiful smiling places, Zen energy and decor with amazing elemental chinese medicine teas available for purchase. The massage therapists were great, and the rooms and tables dimly lit and quiet for inside a mall. Will definitely be going back!

Dr Song Liang is a very good Chinese Medicine specialist. Complex treatment using acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping and remedial massage.
I also used to go in Emporium - Olivia Wang there is the best!

Been here many times but called today and booked an appointment. Arrived to a "sorry we got it wrong can you come back in 30min". Came back in 30min to "sorry we booked someone else in, can you come back in 1hr"! Worst service ever! Don't offer a booking service if you can't organise your bookings"
