I am also surprised about the negative reviews. I have walked in twice and was so happy I sent my very fussy husband in who finally found a place who can massage his back strong enough. They are strong but when I asked for a lighter touch they listened and adjusted. Really great place.

So unprofessional and terrible service. I have been charged different prices for the exact same massage multiple times. Eddie is incredible however the other man that works there provides the most painful massages I have ever had. Not enjoyable at all.
I will not be going back and I don’t recommend anyone else does. My massage at Southland is much better and much more professional.

They offer special massages like Sciatica Massage, I booked online but the masseur didn’t even know what it is, I left without massage.

I walked by today and saw 40 mins for $40. Went in. The lady at the counter asked if I want oil and I said ok. At the end, she charged me $65. I asked why it’s different and she said because of the oil. She then showed me in a brochure which she didn’t show me at the start when she asked if I want oil. With other customers in there, I didn’t want to argue so just paid and left. I felt that this was incredibly deceptive to not tell me the extra cost. I would never recommend this place due to the sneaky ways they get more money,

Called up and booked in for a massage for a headache. Asked specifically to concentrate on this. Most of the hour was spent on legs and back. Too much of the massage was Long effleurage strokes. Less than two minutes was spent on the head massage I had requested. Charged 90 dollars.

I took a window of opportunity as passing and went in for a 30 min back massage as I’d had a long tennis match and was feeling tight.

As someone who has regular massages and knows a good one I was appalled at the quality of the massage. The majority of the massage was completely ineffective and he was often putting pressure on the bone rather than the muscle which was very uncomfortable.

What was more concerning was that he was leaning on me and twice I had to ask him to do another area as it was bordering on inappropriate!

I could not wait to get out of there and will not be going back. I’d like to know what massage experience/certifications this man has!

Very reasonably priced, friendly staff. Like all these kinds of shops, it can be hit & miss given the variety of people working there. Best to make a booking with your preferred massage therapist than to just walk-in.

Don't go here. I just had the most rude customer service experience! I went down TWICE today to try to buy a massage voucher - the first time I was told to go and withdraw cash because their eftpos machine was down. I had to go to an appointment so swung back later with the cash. There was no one at the front desk so I tapped the bell. The woman who came out to the front seemed really annoyed by my presence and told me to come back in 40 mins. I told her I just wanted to purchase a voucher and this was the second time I had tried to do so. She said " sorry I'm busy come back in 40 mins". And scuttled back off to the back room. What awful customer service. They obviously don't want business so I will be taking my business elsewhere.
