Super unprofessional Property management, with absolutely zero care factor for tenants.
Went months without an oven, stove top, completely collapsed fence (which was never repaired, even after requests from us and as well as neighbouring units. My partner had to repair it) and even months without heating on 2 occasions and leaking roof (which my partner also had to repair) with next to no communication, formal complaints never responded too, no compensation or rent deduction offered during times of going without necessities such as heating even after contact with consumer affairs an with their advice to request one of the two.
Was told the rear door NEEDED to be replaced (it had scratches on it, the door was perfectly sound) the door was painted by us and all of a sudden it no longer needed to be replaced.
Now trying to bully us in to paying for repairs for things that were not damaged by us but down to lack of maintenance.
Given 17 keys which only 9 worked for the property an they are trying to charge us to replace the other keys which were useless to the property.
Holding our bond and asking for more money when in the time of our tenancy we spent more money of repairing the property then the owners did, with proof and all invoices.
Even one of the owners had agreed that we should not be responsible for paying for this.

We have been well supported and impressed with the service by both Nadine and Sam at Zebra Property the last few years. Their communication is timely, informative and always very friendly. We highly recommend the Zebra team for property management.
