The staff there were absolutely amazing! I cannot speak highly enough. I have never been anywhere where I could say that everyone was just lovely and helpful. I think we spoke to over 15 staff and I would say that about all of them!

Fantastic online service. I've ordered clay online twice and the delivery has been so fast and inexpensive compared to everywhere else I order from. I'll definitely be ordering from Zart from now on.
I'll be recommending Zart to other potters I know near me.
One thing I'd love to see is if you expanded your clay range to include a fine white stoneware. Since that's a clay most potters use.

Poorly maintained website. As a teacher, I often spend hours on my order with ZartARt products that are marked as 'available' on their website only to have my order only partially delivered. When I contacted them about it, they took no responsibility for the fact that their poorly maintained website costs teachers time, effort and money.

As a grad and being handed the visual arts portfolio, I was starting to feel like I was in over my head but thankfully on a rather panicked Saturday morning I met Eileen and the Saturday morning crew. Their knowledge, ideas, suggestions and all round helpfulness have been an invaluable resource. As such I now have an arts program that students go home and telling their parents about. As a teacher, there's no greater compliment.

Love Zart Art! I get to support my local art store and they have an extensive product range to cover all arts and craft.

I ordered a product online 7 weeks ago which I was hoping to use during quarantine.

I never receive it.

Zart blamed the courier company.
After wasting an hour of my time with the courier company, it turns out it was Zart that had assigned an incorrect consignment number, one that had been used a month previously. What a waste of my time and energy, they should have taken ownership.

Then they were out of stock of the product
and said they would refund me. This was 7 weeks ago.

I’ve followed up with emails… how hard can it be to process a refund?

Mistakes happen, but this is ridiculous.

Five star customer service and such an inspiring place to visit. We went to buy supplies for our workplace and Eileen was an amazing source of information and was super helpful. Definitely recommend.

Large well stocked and well organised store. Plenty of paints, brushes, paper, craft supplies, glue, terra cotta pots, stones and even animal print googly eyes for every conceivable artistic endeavours. Friendly staff. Don't forget to check out their discount forget as well while you are there. Convenient parking right in front. Large gallery space upstairs.
