I like it, especially children's clothing, the style is simple and elegant, and the price is cheap, especially when the price is on sale, it is very worth stocking up

I love Zara clothing but unfortunately majority of staff at this store are lack of service which ruins my shopping experience. Only a few of them are very nice and helpful. I will still keep shopping here tho but will have to be selective on which staff I can go to.

Customer service is horrible, the cashier was hopeless. She left me standing there after I paid. I had to reach over and grab my receipt myself while she gasbaged with her peers. As much I love shopping I will never go in that store again

My friend bought me a pair of Shorts online for me to pick up at this store. They gave me the wrong size by mistake. The funniest part was that when I requested a size exchange, they process a refund without my consent and then asked me to pay again. Then I spoke to the manager, who was absolutely unhelpful and rude. He told me that there was a communication problem with their staff. And said They are not going to do anything to remedy their mistake.

I ended up going back home with empty hands and waiting for 14 days for my refund.

One of the biggest Zara stores I have seen. Located on 2 levels, current styles and sale items available. Loved the menswear collection as great choices including shoes and accessories but for ladies, it would be a candy field as beautiful clothing. Lay out is fantastic and spacious and can find whatever you need whether it's a casual outfit or something dressy for a special occasion, not only for the ladies, but also great casual and dressy outfits for men.

I visited this store 29 January (Sunday) around 3pm. I bought few things and I went to counter for pay so one item was get from special offer section. The store manager didn’t give me this item and the all items even belong from special offers.he said you can contact with Zara help line so he gave me Zara customer service number which is not actually Zara help line number. He gave me wrong number. He’ even don’t have ethics to deal customers I don’t know who make his managers acutely he don’t deserve this position. Worst customer service I ever seen

I was charged 10 dollars more than the actual price. I am the Asian guy wearing a black jacket at the counter at 5: 29 pm today. The Asian lady at the counter was disrespectful. After I made the payment, instead of handing the bags to me, she deliberately took them to the side of the desk and put them on the floor, so I had to walk to the side and pick them up like a dog. I didn't understand why she was doing this, I was just standing opposite her, she could have just handed it to me. This is rude. Nobody should be treated like this!

The boxing day sale was super, most stuff at really discounted prices. A wide selection as well

Rude staffs and manager. They didn't let me exchange the size of my son's jacket which purchased from them.

I have really bad experience with them. Please be careful with their price. The price is different than the tag showed. The store manager is rude to customer. They put wrong price on the product, but wanted to charge me original price. No any apologies. Waste our shopping time.

Good options but sometimes sizing they offer is not the best. I hate trying all clothes as they always have big queue in change room. Unfortunately, I can't buy their clothes without trying bcz everything cloth from Zara fits differently, don't know why.

15 minutes in line on a standard Friday is completely unacceptable. So ridiculously understaffed. One girl on the register with a line of at least 12 customers. The biggest issue was the amount of staff doing stock that walked past and none thought to help out and open another register?

They made the online return impossible to finish, where there contact chat says there is an email sending through on how to return. And for a month, I did not receive that email.

Good quality clothing store but almost impossible to find even a double XL clothing item for men. Does not cater for tall customers.

I was shopping in Zara Westfield Doncaster (Kids department) on Thursday 1 Apr 2021 around 11am. My experience was ok except the checkout at cashier. This was one of the worst experience in my retail shopping history. I was not greeted, not smiled at and not even thank you at all. Was it because of colour of my skin?

I love everything about this Outfit. Both top (guersey), the brass detail, complimented by colours of my kilt. My only issue.the medium feels a little tight around my waste and I like to feel trim, taught and terrific.

Friendly and professional sales assistance. One of the sales lady whose name was Karmen was very helpful and communicative; and so were the others.

I have ordered a pair of jeans and I wasn't sure about its size because of skinny one so I decided to give it a in-store try. I have chosen Doncaster Westfield. First of all, the website said that your order is available in store now for collection. Went there and guess what, found that they never had it! Worst part is when I called their customer service, a rude asian lady told me that your order has been cancelled and you will receive an email. Already ruin my day. What a shameful and unprofessional staff you have Zara. I will never order again from their website.
