15 Left feeling embarrassed and belittled.
Leigh (or Lee) is extremely apathetic and could not possibly be less enthusiastic if they tried.
I could not even continue our initial conversation before I needed to leave.
I’ve seen more warmth from the cleaners in the food court.
Educating your consumers is a key in delivering great service, speaking to them as if they are ignorant children is extremely naive.
Great customer service at Zamels HP. Ask for Perse - she was amazing: very professional & friendly. She made the whole experience very pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommend.
So Rude at service. I got a ring earlier the stones fell of in a day and then they dnt do refund. And took Second ring and now it's getting stuck to my hairs or my clothes. I should have not trusted them. And the staff is always in rush n are Rude. They have cheap and specials gng on all time Thts y everyone get attracted but it's not worth.
I came in today looking for some rings and met Tina who was so knowledgeable and attentive. Would highly recommend and be looking to return soon.
Staff are attentive and lovely. Bought my Wedding band from here. The resizing of the ring was quick.
I will never be shopping at any Zamels store ever again after the experience I had at this store. I bought an inexpensive piece of jewellery here a few weeks ago, and within two days of wearing it, two stones fell out. I didn't do anything to damage it and literally only wore it for a day. I took it back expecting a no questions asked exchange or refund. But was told the item would have to be sent off to head office to ascertain if in THEIR opinion, the damage was my fault or not. Not surprisingly I heard back from them with the findings that the loose stones was in fact MY fault, that they had decided the thing had been bumped or something. Of course it wasn't the terrible quality of Zamels jewellery!
I can definitively say I didn't knock it on anything, had not in fact worn it long enough to cause the "wear and tear" they blamed the damage on.
This was an inexpensive ring, and my disgruntled feeling is nothing to do with the money. How dare they not simply exchange such a product or fully refund me? ! On principle I'm livid. Why should I have paid Zamels for nothing? ! It's appalling policy to accuse me of lying.
I am not one to assert myself much, usually letting stuff like this slide, but this has really angered me. You can see from my profile I only leave positive reviews.
In the same week I was able to exchange a faulty (second hand not working properly) $800 watch with zero questions asked at Bevilles!
SO unbelievably petty and stingy on Zamels part.
This is another place that I've spent too much money on.

Overall, really good service. I got my ring re-ordered with a smaller size, and when I tried on the sizing rings it was perfect on me, however that size on the trial metal rings was completely different to the ring. The ring was far too big, I got it for my engagement finger and its too big even for my middle finger. I want it resized and a smaller one. But its still really pretty.

Got a nice watch from here. Few minutes later, I found a very noticeable scratch near the face of the watch. I want my money back
Very poor customer service. I wanted to look at a piece of jewellery, and asked to try it on. The sales rep asked 'are you here to look or buy? ' Obviously, I'd like to try it on before making a decision. So I told her I'd like to try it on first. She put the jewellery away and said 'I'll come back to you later'. Shocking!
Brought a $500 bracelet. After merely a month it started to rust heavily, the gold outer layers faded away. Do not buy this fake trash.

The manager of this store has no idea how to do her job. She kept ordering the wrong size ring, then got annoyed when it still didn't fit me. 3 months later, I finally have the correct size. Only because we got another girl in the store to take over.
Put a necklace in for a quote, went back over week later to find out why I have not had a call. Promised I would be called on the first weekday. Still waiting. Call them up only to have to leave a message.
