Staff hygiene is questionable (touching meat then touching salad then wiping their face with the same gloves), burritos are either way too full or really small, vegetarian options are very bland

The service here is atrocious.
We order on the app each time
The app tells us our order is ready however the staff seem incompetent and don’t know how to keep track of the orders.
The food is great

Went last night and got quite a bit of food for a number of people and the nachos that cost over $18 each had next to nothing in them or on them very disappointed spent a lot of money

Zambrero is my absolute favourite place for a takeaway or a quick dine in. So delicious, healthy awesome! Daughter works here and I love to go and eat here even when she's not working.

Been here exclusively for taking out around thrice. Every single time, we've been mind-blown. The food is top notch, and the staff are receptive and efficient.

Given these attributes, we're never surprised when we find that there is a queue (albeit fast moving) to get the food. All in all, a great place for a quick meal!

I had a bowl, my boyfriend a burrito. Really liked it. Looks like a healthier choice than other places. The girl serving us was helpful (first time eating here for us).

Ordered dinner last night. Missing drink and chips from order. Driver couldn’t care less and when we called the restaurant they said either come in or they can’t help us and hung up on us. Second time this place has disappointed me. Won’t be back.

I could fly to Mexico and learn to cook this menu long before I ever get served ar this place. Non existent customer service.

Worst customer service from a little blonde girl, seemed working on a Sunday was too much effort for her, even to put a smile on her face.

A little dark, unfortunately the girl we had served us didn't really know Too much about the food.
Only downfall to the actual food was the coriander in either the tomatoes or onions

Really nice burritos, super filling, great budget. Need to be willing to wait a bit when lining up. Overall great result.

Wow, let it speak for itself. Food quality 3/10. $30.42 (not including delivery) for small nachos & 1 taco that I won’t even be eating. I’m going to have to cook dinner now. RIP OFF! Please don’t waste your money, wish I could post the pic

Was a pleasant meal from here, was a little annoyed that the staff member kept asking the same questions over and over again, was as though she was too busy listening to the conversation her co-workers were having in the back.
Ended up with my wife’s meal having extra toppings than she had asked for. Not looking to create a drama though, just feedback.

Fantastic place. Great food. Staff friendly. Always clean.
Minus 1 star for spooky toilets with doors that don't lock.

Confused my order with someone else’s and said I was wrong after me realising it’s the wrong thing, refusing to remake my order and showed no respect.

The service that is givin is 5 star especially the the service u get from jemma each time she serves the customers with a smile on her face makes me and other customers come back her service she gives is a 100%

Sadly the most unusual 'dine in restuarant' ever as they wouldn't take a booking for 15 dine in patrons.

Best Mexican food in Traralgon and with $5 sommersbys (with food of course) it's quite a delight.
