Zambrero Ocean Grove

Please educate your staff, that, wearing long sleeved hoodies and the cuffs are dragging in the food is a cross contamination infection risk. I thought this would have been obvious!

Don’t trust their online pickup times. They just make you wait and make it for you when you arrive. Very poor customer service

Great first time Zambrero experience! My burrito was super yum, and very filling. Even though we were late visitors, the staff were still extremely friendly and inviting.

Good friendly service with a smile, and yummy food served within minutes of ordering your meal. It's a really healthy option for the kids too. ️

I love me a bit of Zambrero here and there. The portions are always HUGE which is great as it's excellent value.

I normally go to the West Geelong store but thought I'd try the Ocean Grove one as I was catching up with a mate in the area. I was not disappointed. Zambrero killing it wherever they are

Really loved this place. Great food that tasted fresh and delicious. Reasonable prices. Plenty of places to sit or get take away and go down to the beach.

Fantastic Mexican food, beautiful display. So fresh and tasty, good sized portions. A nice change to the competition.can't wait for a store to open closer to werribee.

The food was excellent, very friendly staff and smooth service. Bright and fresh indoors, is very refreshing.

Delicious, currently my new fave Mexican take away and the young man that served us was extremely polite and helpful.

Great service for Coeliacs especially. Normal wraps were also great. We got the best service and the food was delicious and healthy. Recommend this place highly.

Every time I get it these days the contents of the burrito is always all over the outside too. Zero quality control. I’ve tried 4 times now and it continues to happen. Can’t eat a burrito when your hands are covered in avo and sour cream.

I will say the staff are lovely and I’ve tried to give leeway, continues to happen. Have left feedback multiple times as politely as I could.

First time here today and pleasantly surprised. Team member Tom was extremely helpful in talking us through the menu options and took extra precautions while preparing my wife’s (coeliac) gluten free meal. Thank you.

6pm on Friday night, 6 team members on the front counter working like a well oiled machine machine, speed us through the line like champion, awesome service thank you!

Okay just had Zambrero for the first time in Ocean Grove and first impressions… YUMM! Definitely the best burrito I have ever had. Definitely recommend for all those burrito lovers out there.

Tried it to say I'd tried it. But never again. Boring, cold, no flavour and complicated to order. Good luck though.

Tried the new place tonight and honestly didn’t expect to like it but it was delicious! Had a beef burrito and think I’ll go back again soon for another one The staff are still learning but I think they did an awesome job especially considering how many people came in at the same time as us. Glad to finally have some good, affordable mex in OG. One thing I would change… I need churros, baby!

Staff were all so friendly and everyone working there seemed to be in a great mood. Burrito was yummy and the new store is really nice! I appreciate the vegan alternatives and the reasonable prices too
