Sub par service and poorly constructed burrito. Disappointing when Zambreros is normally soo good

Dear Zambrero Craigieburn,
You should admit your quality getting ridiculously worse!
This has happened 2nd time in this fortnight.
Last visit: you guys ran out beans; served another Coeliac customer a burrito in press without foil/paper… who politely mentioned staff and left.
Today: Mid Day 1.40pm. Now you guys ran out of rice!
Unsure what’s happening… but repeatedly paying full money for less doesn’t justify…!
If you run out ingredients.better you close the business.or seems like Probably it’s time to try something else.

Whilst the actual fillings were nice, the actual taco shells as were not warmed up. I would have assumed this would be a basic requirement as unheated taco shells taste different to warmed up ones. The junior who served me was not very experienced and probably could have had some help also telling me I couldn't have lettuce in the taco even though it was on the product description.otherwise flavour wise nice.

Had a burrito bowl for monday quick lunch fix. It was really good in it taste

The highlight of my visit was definitely the friendly service by parul that made me add another star to review.

Will definitely go again for the service and try something else.

I love how the employees are so nice and kind, they treated me with yhe up most respect and served me an amazing meal. Very impressed and thank you Elissa for taking my order and making it so perfect love u guys

Very rude and poor quality service from the girl with the specs. Wish I could give zero rating for the service. Not only that she does not even know how to wrap the burito properly as shown in the photo taken.

Amazing burritos! However, please hire more staff. We were served by a lovely lady today and she was doing her best to serve so many customers at once. She did an excellent job all on her own! Broke our hearts a little and kind of felt bad for her. The lady managed to still greet us with a smile and ask how our day was going even though she was flooded with customers.

I order food for my husband here often. The vegetarian options are a little confusing. The girl at the counter took the time to explain the different options. I’ll order the IQ next time. The good customer service is refreshing. Thank you.

Great customer service from Davina, she has a great personality and she welcomed me with a big smile. Will definitely come back again!

I have ordered through menu log, they accept the order and after 30 minutes, they said we are closed. We cannot process your order and manager was rude, don’t know how to talk to customer. Very bad experience. Never gonna ordered again.

This beautiful young girl was so kind and thoughtful whilst serving me. I recently had an operation, so what i can have is very limited. Davina (?) i think her name was, carefully listened to me and gave me recommendations. This was my first time at zambrero and i could already tell from her welcoming smile that i was in good hands. Thank You Sweetheart!

Bought food from them yesterday, excellent service and the store was very well maintained. The staff was very welcoming and kind too!

I visit this Craigeburn store today with my daughter. It was busy but i like how they take care of customers. Staff was really good and friendly. Keep it up …. Great job. Food was good too. Regular chicken nachos are my new fav now.

The food was amazing so filling with a great selection, which was made easier by Davina’s incredible customer service.

I dont know about others but i had a good experience here. The good tastes well and the staff was good. Food was given quickly.

Yeliz served my wife and I. We felt welcomed and she also helped us take our food to our table after serving us.

I was really looking forward to the opening of Zambreros and was excited to try their menu. However, my experience was greatly disappointing. The staff seemed to have no training and did not seem to want to be there, which reflected in the poor quality of my food. My burrito was poorly wrapped and the overall preparation of the food was subpar. I had been hoping for a great dining experience, but instead I was left feeling very disappointed. It is a shame that the restaurant did not live up to my expectations and I would not recommend it due to the lack of care and attention given to the food and the negative atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing experience, no second thoughts on this place, I’ve suggested it to people and will 100% be coming back:)

Absolutely poor service by the staff. I ordered online and went on time to the store and staff didn’t even know if there was any online orders. And even after waiting and receiving my order, one burrito was missing. Worst experience ever.
