Zambrero Blackburn

Great place for a burrito, friendly staff, good portion. (Remains to be seen if they start shrinking the size.)

I only noticed Zambrero when I lost my phone somewhere outside their shop and their manager was super quick to help me call security and find my phone. Incredibly thankful to the staff for their assistance!

After that I made my first food order from their app and was pleasantly surprised that my kids who are usually super picky eaters loved the nachos and quesadilla, the soft taco was great too. Definitely a new local favourite of ours and will be one of our regular go-to now on!

It is all about the freshness and taste. 5 star satisfaction and customer service. Keep it up guys.

Delicious fresh food at great value! The burrito bowl was simply amazing. Fluffy fragrant rice topped with tender flavoursome beef that melts in your mouth - Yumm! Plenty of vegetables and sauce choices to go with your meal. Plus, takeaway is in a sustainable cardboard box. Highly recommended.

We were quite disappointed in our meal at Blackburn Square’s Zambrero. We ordered a big burrito bowl and expected Mexican food, however, to our surprise and disappointment the chicken tasted like chicken curry and the rice and beans were mushy. I’ve had Zambrero before but this was just not it.

Very friendly staff and owner. A delicious, fresh, healthy spin on Mexican. We will be regular customers.

My pre-order wasn't received due to mechanical difficulty, but when the error was discovered, two staff were dedicated to putting my order together. It was done in four minutes. Like others have said, the staff were so very lovely. I would return just to chat to them again. Big Burrito is good value, the quesadilla was surprisingly small, but all parts of the meal were delicious. Thanks for saving me a night of cooking!

Lovely place, just opened up recently. Very nice service and good healthy and cheap mexican food.

Good Vegetarian and Vegan options. Tried Quesadilla and a bowl, really fresh and fulfilling.

Had a big Burrito and Nachos; the Burrito was filled generously; the staff is very friendly and catered to the fillings I was after. The ambience is awesome, with sitting area outside. Definitely a goto place!

My daughter and I LOVE going here as the customer service is always the best. The burritos are very tasty and fresh. 10/10

This is unfortunate. We have been looking forward to a few new restaurants opening in Blackburn Square. Zambrero opened and we walked there as a family to give it a go. The staff looked lost, there were 5 of them serving us, all of our food was prepared differently our total for 5 of us was over $79 and unfortunately the food was strange tasting. This could be just the way it is but the website says Mexican food and this was Domino’s pretending to be Italian. Not for us.

Ordered a large burrito for takeaway, was generously filled and delicious. Will definitely be returning!

The girl ruined making my burrito was an absolute mess. Not the right portions of each item then wrapped it terribly so it fell apart when I tried to eat it. Felt like I knew more about the process then she did she looked confused every time I said something.

Had a great experience of food in zambrero, the ambience was superb and also the staff was really welcoming. Would love to go for again.
