Yvonne was the perfect choice for our wedding! She was extremely supportive from the first time we met and she was there for us every step of the way. She's very professional and puts a lot of attention into catering the ceremony to the couple. Yvonne’s wonderfully warm nature shines through from the time you meet her but most importantly it carries into any ceremonies she is part of. There is no ‘on/off’ switch from Yvonne the person to Yvonne the Celebrant which really can be hard to find. Yvonne is an absolute pro, we always know we are in for a smooth running ceremony when we see Yvonne turn up to run the show. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Wow what can we say Yvonne made our wedding the best day of our lives. From the moment my husband and I met Yvonne it felt like right. Yvonne did not disappoint, from the pre-wedding arrangements (Licence, rehearsal etc) to the day it was fun and relaxed.

When we got to the day it was fabulous, we were in good hands and thoroughly enjoyed the ceremony, Yvonne’s ability to get to know us on the journey really came through in the entire ceremony, it was beautiful, personal and heart-felt – it couldn’t have been more perfect. The day was a blast, Yvonne humour and personality relaxing us and providing lots of laughs and beautiful moments, fantastic memories were made. Yvonne was fabulous from start to finish. She was very professional and worked closely with us to design a personalised ceremony. We were so excited to be able to include our family in the readings. We also included a handfasting portion to the ceremony, which Yvonne handled beautifully. She was very flexible and the introduction she wrote for us was very personalised and humourous. The thought of planning a wedding ceremony was a little daunting to Dave and I but once we met Yvonne all our nerves were immediately eased. We got along really well with Yvonne the first time we met. It was like catching up with an old friend.

Whilst the first thing that struck us was Yvonne's personable nature we were also really impressed with her professionalism. She really knows her stuff and covered the whole legal process, as well as the finer details of the ceremony comprehensively.

Yvonne informed us of a variety of options for our ceremony (both verbally and in her comprehensive booklet of information) and was also open and flexible to our ideas. She wrote our history beautifully based on our answers to her questionnaire and then my brother put his own twist on her words and read it at our ceremony, which was a lovely touch.

The ceremony itself was magic. We were blessed with typical Melbourne weather on our wedding day (hail, humidity, sunshine, showers, thunder and lightning) and managed to squeeze our garden ceremony in between two massive downpours. Yvonne was incredible with managing this and our ceremony had the best vibe. We had a light-hearted tone overall but Yvonne managed the transition between light-hearted and fun to serious and heartfelt flawlessly.

Yvonne's communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. We are so happy we met her and we would highly recommend Yvonne to any couples who are looking for a celebrant.

Yvonne is amazing! She is so friendly and warm. We felt very comfortable with her as our celebrant. She makes you feel as though you have known her for years and is more of a friend. She also made everything so easy!
