Yummy Pho reviews
40 Its called Yummy Pho but when we went they told us they had no Pho.
We waited about 20 minutes to get in after being yelled at by a lady to wait outside, went to order and asked for 2 Pho dishes. When the surver responded saying "no Pho" we questioned him only to be yelled at that they don't have and left
Very rude and left feeling very disappointed. The least they could have done was put a note on the door saying they were out.
Best pho around. Have tried many. Definitely worth it. Good price.
All bad reviews on the lady being rude is very normal behaviour of Viet women. I go here once a week on schedule. Never had dramas with cold food. Service has always been good. Don't judge the place from outside. Go inside for your experience.
Definitely lives up to its name sake! The place is so cosy and the staff are always friendly and super fast:)
We love it here! Yes it might look dirty as you are waiting for your food to arrive because you have time to look around.
Food is great! Pay cash, it's very cheap
Yummy
Excellent authentic food and service
Don’t over think it just enjoy the food and the culture
Nice pho soup but even the large serve is small amount compared to other Vietnamese cafes. I'll go somewhere else next time
Excellent, cheap Vietnamese food. Nothing more I can say really.
A great addition to the food scene in Frankston.
Come for the friendly service and stay for the food. Don't get the 60s decor put you off from the outside. The menu is very reasonably priced and the service is very quick, we'll be back for sure.
Its rustic, cheap and goddam delicious food, and they don't try to give you some Australian watered down version cause you're white, it's seems traditional and legit
One of the only decent, reliable take away places in Frankston. Notging fancy but never disappointed.
I absolutely love this place. Very good prices and has top notch quality dishes. I highly recommend this place. Its right across from the movies as well, good place to stop by before seeing a movie.
Bad service, disgusting food, terrible wait time. Would not recommend. My friend found a big clump of hair in his food. Never going again
Good quality cheap Vietnamese food revolving around Pho style soups with fresh vegetables. Place always packed. Fast service. Food served with black Asian tea, gratis. Well recommended!
This place is fantastic.beautiful, authentic Vietnamese. Very quick service. I wish they had card services though, as they only take cash.
Delicious authentic Vietnamese food at very low prices, average plate price is $10 for a meal you would pay twice that anywhere else
When you go out for Vietnamese you are really after Pho, the Pho here is alright but nothing special. When we went the pre-plate of bean shoots, basil, chilli and lemon we needed to ask for, and the noodles were not the light vermicelli that you usually get and closer to hokkien noodles. We have got takeaway from here as well which is standard. I prefer Sanjai Thai to here but we don't have a takeaway menu for there. If you are willing to travel, Le Feu is the best in the region.
Excellent value. Superb food. Shared a phone between two. Sugarcane prawn. Chick and chive dumplings and sesame toast. We always come here when in Frankston.never dissapointed
Booked a table for 2 at 7: 20 when we a arrived (at 7: 25, my bad) I was told their would be a 5 minute wait (not that long of a wait, i know). I thought this was very unprofessional, I tried to emphasise the point that I had booked so why would there be a wait.
Ended up finding somewhere else to eat. Very disappointed by the lack of courtesy.
It can get very busy and noisy there. Customer service could be improved, as some of the staff can come across a little rude. This was observed since "management" has changed. When ordering your soup, I've noticed that you have to ask for bamboo shoots, chillies, etc, or you won't get it. Not quite sure what that is about. Food is reasonably priced though.
Very good value for money. The freshest ingredients are used in all dishes and this reflects high quality standards.
My prejudice as a regular visitor to Vietnam is the authenticity is not quite the same. Seems it has been adapted somewhat to a caucasian palate.
A good indicator of the restaurant is that it is always full at lunchtime throughout the week.
Recommended.
