YPA Sunbury

I'm actually really sad. I engaged YPA to sell my home and the agent kept critiquing my home and belittled my knowledge about the market. The agent who I had chosen spent all her time pushing my price down saying that no-one would visit my home and that to be competitive, the price point needed to be much lower. I felt bullied: (after reducing my home price almost 100k (which was NOT competitive; all that did was encourage people with even less money to look at the house!), I decided to cancel my contract with them. I ended up changing to another real estate agent.

I would highly recommend dealing with Nic Owen for the sale of a property. I have dealt with a few agents in the passed and Nic goes above on beyond. A genuine interest in the needs of both buyer and seller to best fit the right deal together. Constant follow ups and sees it through.

Jo Dimond has been an absolute star to deal with! She has been responsive, helpful and has put us at ease throughout the process. Id highly recommend Jo and her team.

Looking for a place to live is a very stressful excercise and I cannot fault the service and professionalism I received when dealing with any staff member in the YPA Sunbury office.
