Needed a quick sale & lucky we were recommended YPA at point cook. Justin came out immediately & sold above our asking price. Made it a stress free process. 5stars

Terrible property managers from a renters perspective. Nothing gets fixed ever including issues to personal safety. Gas leak, no emergency number to call, called the office left a message never ever enquired into the issue at all. Lucky I had the good sense to call energy australia who found a fault and repaired it. On vacation in India received emails that they would conduct inspection the day I arrived home! I said no and they argued back and forth! Absolutely no communication regarding my exit condition report had to wait two weeks to get my bond back after applying for it myself through the RBA…again lucky I knew how to do that. Appalling and so glad I no longer rent as the price has increased by 18% in one year and is way higher than any other properties in the area probably why it’s still vacant now a month after I moved out.

Have some better agents in the fields who knows how to talk to people.

Overly rude and highly unprofessional attitude as if he is selling gold for free.

YPA has been managing couple of properties for me since 2020. They have done a great job in looking after the interests of both the landlord and the renter. Quick to respond and attend to any maintenance issues and fast action taken to find tenants when required. Carry out routine maintenance inspections on time and provides a comprehensive report. Their fees are reasonable. I highly recommend YPA as a competent and an efficient Property Management company.

The agent’s service has been deteriorated recently. Our property has been damaged badly by the tenant. The garage door and the front of the building have changed the shape. The agent was slack with solving the issue. It’s been more than 3 months since we saw the photos but no one has gotten back to us for any positive solution. It is not the safe hand that you are placing your property to.

We sold our property with YPA Point cook recently. Initially I left a message with YPA, and in 2 minutes, I got a call back from Daniel, the sales agent. This sort of attention to me, the customer, continued throughout the sale process, and I was most impressed.

We receive excellent service from YPA Point Cook. Shannai manages our rental property and her service is highly professional and outstanding.

I just want to say thank you to YPA Point Cook, especially to Shannai. We had listed our rental with them on Friday afternoon and Shannai had a fantastic tenant secured for us by the Monday. Then from every stage after finding a tenant, Shannai has gone over and beyond to make our lives easy. Definitely recommend, fantastic property manager.

The person Justin from YPA point cook is rude and disrespectful. He shows his attitude with clients which is not real estate professional. He should learn about Customer Service and he is not capable to handle the clients. YPA management should remove him because he is making down of YPA reputation.

Absolute worst real estate to rent through. They have no communication skills, ignored new rental laws brought out in march and take multiple phone calls and emails to try and get anything done. They held open inspections without informing me as the tenant and turned up early to routine inspections without notification. Good luck getting a hold of anyone outside of office hours too if there's an emergency.
ABSOLUTE WORST REAL ESTSTE TO RENT THROUGH. If I could give it less than one star I would.

This company is the worse to dealt with, the agent Daniel Gracia is a complete snake and dishonest person. Our first time experience buying a house turned into nightmare, and just unpleasant. If you’re a buyer just be careful, I’m sure there are a lot more professional and decent agent with integrity out there.
