There’s so many fake reviews here. They all say almost identical things, and none of the reviews give any proof or examples of this awesome service that you guys supposedly offer. How about giving some more effort to actually EARNING some 5 star reviews from your actual customers?

YPA has been looking after my property since 2018. I’ve had bond that was owed to me not paid for 2 years (I had to keep following up about it), a tenant who stopped paying rent but I was the one who called YPA to get them to do something when it got out of hand, and even then they let the missed rent balloon out to over $6000, and in the end VCAT kicked out the tenants and they basically got away with living in my property for free for several months, since I can’t demand that missing rent from them apparently. Gioan said he would follow this up with some debt collectors but I’m pretty sure that was an excuse, because it’s been 6 months now and I haven’t heard a whisper about it. I really wanted to change agents after this but YPA actually found new tenants for me quickly so I stayed. Big mistake, and I should’ve learned my lesson. Recently, they’ve charged me for repairs for things that the tenants who got kicked out should have paid for, and they’ve also charged me for things tenants should pay for such as replacing light bulbs. When I ask them for an explanation, I get ignored. It’s been over a week now since I emailed them for a resolution, and received zero response. (I don’t like calling these guys because there’s no paper trail, and these guys love saying ‘I’ll take care of it’ and nothing ever happens until I follow up again and again and again)

YPA, I really hope you don’t treat all of your landlords the same way as what I’ve experienced. I hope that others have not lost as much money as I have because you can’t do the job you’re trusted and paid to do. Future customers, please be aware of my REAL experience with these guys and make sure you consider all your options.
