Pleasant experience with the Agent. I have started using YPA since Feb 2023. I have changed realestate company to YPA. My agent is Tahlia Hall and have to give her the credit for making the experience so pleasant and hassle free. I have dealt previously with other companies and I can see the difference in customer service. Very happy with the service I got from Ryan and YPA Melton. He walked me through the contract of sale to make sure I understood it before signing (I'm a first time buyer). Then he was able to negotiate with the property owners on my behalf to get them to pay to fix certain issues with the house before settlement. Very friendly and professional. Definitely an agent I would recommend if you're buying a house.
