I recently experienced the Journey Facial with Shelley. At first I was lead through a mindful breathing technique to help build a sense of calm, the music playing added to the tranquility of the space.
The facial began and Shelley added in a relaxing massage throughout this time. I particularly enjoyed the scalp massage! Towards the end, whilst the mask was applied a meditation began that truly helped to build a mindful experience.
I would recommend the Journey Facial to anyone that needs a special time to truly leave the day to day happenings behind them and immerse themselves in this holistic experience. I felt peaceful for the remainder of the day and my skin felt smooth and supple.

Jeff is a truly talented massage therapist. He takes his time to understand what's really going on, has great clinical knowledge and is extremely thorough with his treatments. I see Jeff for regular massage and being a massage therapist myself, it can be quite challenging to find a good therapist. All the staff are lovely and welcoming also. I would highly recommend (especially when I'm booked out)

"40" minute massage seemed more like 20 minutes. They said it was because of a '5 minute consult', yet before i booked i was told consults added time to the booking, not detracted from it. And besides, it still was under 30 minutes. Not impressed.

After some horrifying experiences, walking into Your Very Best I immediately felt comfortable, welcome and relaxed.
